"La Casa Carlota" is a concept B&B house with character, warmness and relaxing atmosphere located in the heart of Oaxaca, just in the middle of "El Barrio de Xochimilco", another Oaxacan charming old neighbourhood full of culture and tranquility. This house was rebuilt with the idea of merging Oaxacan folklore and modern comfort with an old-modern-forever concept where walls, space and a blue sky enables a unique experience.

This house offers five comfortable and decorated rooms with Oaxacan folklore to host you with a peaceful sense of intimacy. Each room include its own toilet and amenities. There is also common areas where you can relax, read and enjoy with intimacy and tranquility.

"La Casa Carlota" has two rooms located in the ground floor and three in the second floor, all rooms facing our patio where breakfast is served everyday. "La Casa Carlota" also has a gallery with Oaxacan art craft in the ground floor and an open roof terrace in the third floor where you can read, take a coffee or just relax seeing Oaxacan sunsets and dusks.
