Two double bedrooms with own bathroom available in a terraced house located in Winogrady, Poznan.
Located in a quiet, family area with a Cytadela park and TKKF sports centre only 5 minutes walk away. Plenty of small shops around with a supermarket around the corner. There's also a market on weekends very nearby.
Recently renovated with modern appliances, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and coffee-machine. It's a four bedroom house with kitchen, living room, terrace, and sunny garden. The house is occupied by my Mum and my Nanny - both very friendly and respectful!
Very close to the centre of Poznan. Depending on traffic: 10 minutes to the centre of town (Old Town), 30 minutes to the Stadium, 40 minutes to the airport.
Cytadela park, Stara Rzeznia (Old Slaughter house, arts centre), Poznan Plaza (shopping centre), TKKF (sports centre), Niku Bowling (bowling and sports centre) and many more.
1 private car park space and a big car park nearby available.
There is a bus stop 1 minute away, regular tram station 5 minutes away and fast tram station (PST) 8 minutes away. Fast and easy connection with the rest of town.
Wi-Fi in the whole house included. Optional breakfast available for additional charge of 5 euros.
The apartment was clean, nice & quiet. Location isn't the best as it's 15 min to the downtown by car or by the public transport but if it's not the most important thing for you this is a good place to stay. I spent 1 week with the Robert's mother, who is the owner of this house, & she was just like an angel for me - very hospitable and helpful. She even let me use & keep my stuff in the second room for free as the wardrobe in my room was full. I strongly recommend her as a host! The only shortcoming was Wi-fi that worked slowly & only when the lady used her computer otherwise there was no connection, yet if you don't need the Internet in the apartment you can use free Wi-fi in the centre of Poznan. Generally, I'm very happy that I stayed in this place :) Thank you!
Nette Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Innenstadt war bequem mit dem Bus oder zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr gastfreundliche Mutter.
I was very friendly received by a good english speaking lady, who offered me a nice bowl of asperges soup. The house is easily accessible by tram, and is located close to a big park (where is an open air WW II museum).
Since I was her first airbnb guest, I was fortunate to received free breakfast. A Tesco supermarket is very closeby.
Wifi is provided, and you are welcome to sit in the garden.
The kitchen has all necessary modern facilities, micro oven etc.
I hope the nut cracker I broke, will be replaced by the shop.
If I will be around Poznan, I look forward to visit her again!
Since the lady had a hard time pronouncing my name, we decided I should be called Wojtek.
