A very clean and tastefully decorated condo 2 bd, 2 bt , Sleeps 5-2 queenbeds. Overlooks the pool, sun deck and the ocean. The Beach House at Garden City is a 57 unit complex, located right on the Atlantic ocean, offers a beautiful pool, a spacious sun deck and of course Unit 102. This unit comes with One Parking Pass per condo association rules. Parking is limited during peak season but you might be able to park at the grocery store if you have two cars. This Unit is Smoke Free. No Pets.

The space
Located about 10 miles south of Myrtle Beach, it’s an ideal location for family vacation or winter getaway. Walk right and your at the pool or a few more steps and you're right on the beach. There are so many amenities all within just a few minutes. Including the Garden City Pier that is a short walk along the beach!

Guest access
There is a combination lock for your convenience. Your code will be setup to activate upon check in at 4pm and will deactivate at check out time 10am. The code will be setup to the last four digits of the phone number that you used to book with.

Neighborhood highlights

This first-floor, non-smoking unit offers a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, sleeps 5. The kitchen does have a regular coffee pot as well as a Keurig. The kitchen is fully stocked. If you don't see something, please make us aware and will do what we can to accommodate. We provide one roll of toilet paper and paper towels to get you started. Beach Chairs are provided for your convenience. Sheets and towels are provided for ease.

Please note that there is only one parking space allowed per Unit. A Parking pass is left on the counter when you arrive. If you have more than one vehicle you may park at your own risk.

The pool is not heated and opens/closes when the SC Department of Health and Environmental Control allows. This typically occurs during April-September
