For your enjoyment is also the new Sony OLED Master Series TV. The modern, well-appointed Bosch kitchen is center stage with a fabulously equipped bar area featuring the finest Estelle Colored Glasses. Enjoy a cocktail in style while you kick back and watch the sun go down over the city.

Amenities: Exclusive to Natiivo guests you’ll have a beautiful rooftop pool with awesome skyline views, club house with pingpong and chef’s kitchen, indoor/outdoor gym, yoga studio, peloton rooms, dog run, and a public 1st floor café & premier valet service. The cafe has bulk coffee and snacks. The reception desk has a 24/7 limited food menu. Business class internet for those wishing to stay connected.

Parking*
There are 2 options:
24hr valet for $40/day and can get the car as much as you need (protected in a garage)
& street metered parking downtown, ample spots around the building including an attached open-air lot.

Other things to note
Sorry, no dogs. JUST KIDDING! This is ATX, after all. We just ask that you respect our linens and furniture please, clean up well after your fur-baby, and are honest if there are any accidents so we can address them properly. Pets are hosted at a $60 flat fee, deposit withheld if serious property damage incurs.
