Situated in a private storybook country setting between Lexington and Winchester, Kentucky on a five-acre lot, this three-bedroom, three bath property is an open space concept and a true gem for a family get away. You’re most valued corporate clients will also be thrilled to depart from the mundane hotel experience and enjoy this lovely home away from home, both short term or long term.

The space
With many thoughtful, authentic Kentucky touches, THE BASIN SPRINGS HOUSE is ideal for those visiting THE RED MILE, KEENELAND, THE KENTUCKY HORSE PARK and HUNTER JUMPER SHOWS. It is also a perfect stop for those interested in the magnificent RED RIVER GORGE. Merely a fifteen-minute drive from downtown Lexington.

Upon entering the front room, a spectacular lovely black, Yamaha mini grand player piano will greet you along with a wet bar and a festive acoustic guitar ready for pickin’. Comfortable seating is situated for everyone. Plenty of board games and art supplies are available for adults and children for memory making moments. There is a television in each bedroom, ample storage for personal items and comfortable queen- sized beds. The newly remodeled kitchen showcases stainless appliances with stainless and granite countertops. It is fully stocked with everything you will need, including Kentucky inspired recipe books if you enjoy cooking in the country!

For your safety, security cameras are installed outside this 2400 square foot ranch. Washer and dryer are conveniently set up in the mud room and linens and towels are provided. Additional cleaning and laundry service are available upon request.

This unique secluded property is a perfect place to step back into the simple days of family, music, cooking and relaxation. For the business traveler, why not enjoy a vacation like feel while working away from home?
