Nice 1-bedroom condo in the South End. The condo is located in a brownstone building just steps away from all of the great restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment the city has to offer. The condo is within a short walking distance to Symphony Hall, Copley, Prudential Center and Back Bay. My building is located directly across from the street from the Silver Line bus stop, which goes along Washington Street through the Theatre district and to Downtown Crossing area. The #1 bus stop is also across the street, which travels through Back Bay and to Cambridge through Harvard and MIT. The unit features a fully applianced kitchen (stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), granite countertops throughout, separate dining area (seats 6), window air conditioning units in both the main living area and the bedroom, fire place, modern bathroom (carerra marble tiling, granite), flat screen TVs in both the living area and bedroom, wireless internet access. There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom, which comfortably sleeps two people and a comfortable sectional sofa in the living area. The apartment is extremely bright and drenched in sunlight. *Please note the air conditioning is available from May 1 through September 15th.

Stayed in John's place for a week, and glad I did. Check in was very easy. The location is unbeatable with the bus stop across the street and the subway station in walking distance. The condo itself was very clean and updated with a very chic and comfortable furnishings. John was quick to answer any time I had to contact him. He even left some snacks with lots of bottled water for me in the fridge, which I thought was a nice touch. Thanks for a wonderful stay John!
I enjoyed my stay at John's apartment. It's nicely furnished and equipped with all kitchenware, towels and detailed instructions for your stay. John was also very helpful and responsive to any inquiries I had. The neighborhood itself seems to be still up-and-coming and it is a just a few blocks off of the already gentrified part of the south end. The first few nights I had trouble finding street parking without a resident parking pass, however after more exploring, I was able to find ample street parking just two blocks away on Washington Street (just be careful with the street cleaning regulations).
Great stay! Apartment was perfect for our short term stay. Clean apartment, and great location! It did take a little time to get used to the street noise but, it's the city! Parking was a breeze overnight, we had a rental. Overall great stay and I would stay again.
good location , great , see you soon !!! john is perfect
John was a great host. The apartment was immaculate, and he made my stay beyond convenient. He took care of everything from picking up the key to keeping fresh towels and a usable kitchen. Will try to stay here whenever the need arises.
I had a great stay at John's apartment. The location is terrific- right in the South End with easy walking to Copley Place, the Pru and back bay. The apartment itself is exceedingly clean, bright and roomy. It is also smartly decorated and has a peaceful uncluttered feel to it- Perfect for hanging out and reading the paper with coffee before a day of adventures in Boston. John was extremely responsive and accommodating - he made the booking and arrival seamless. He also excels in personal touches, like leaving us fresh coffee, cream and water for our stay. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Boston.
Beautiful apartment with very nice location. John was extremely responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and I would definitely stay there again. Thanks, John!
The apartment was in a very convenient location, and I had no trouble going to all the places I needed to visit. The host, John, was also very responsive and friendly to all my inquiries via email. I would stay here again on my trip to Boston.
This is a beautiful apartment in an excellent location. John was attentive and made sure that everything was ready for my arrival. The only drawback is that it's at a noisy intersection, but I brought earplugs and slept soundly each night.
Great apartment and beautifully decorated. Close to transport and we walked everywhere as we are big walkers. Very noisy street as to be expected near the hospital - so if this bothers you then be warned. We didn't mind and slept really well. Would recommend.
