This spacious completely remodeled, top floor villa is within a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and everything else, including a seasonal pool, several restaurants, general store, wine bar, tennis, golf, kayaks/canoes, bikes, fishing and so much more.
Each master/en-suite has two Queen beds and every amenity you could imagine. Bathrooms are spacious with closed off toilet/showers.
The space
Sea’Esta is an amazing escape destination with top-of-the-line comforts of any 5-star rental or hotel room, situated on the award-winning best island in the continental United States. You should not need to pack anything other than your vacation clothes, flip-flops, and a toothbrush. We hope we have included everything and anything you could ever desire or ask for.
The villa is a wide-open concept with vaulted ceilings and no neighbors above. Literally located in the middle of everything. Everything you need within a 5-10-minute walk. Centre Court has its own seasonal pool, private to the small complex. There is a footbridge that crosses over the 11-mile lagoon to access great restaurants and rentals to go out on a kayak or a canoe. The Palmetto Dunes/Disney Beach House is your exclusive beach access that offers free parking, alfresco showers, and restrooms, along with an outside bar and restaurant located right on the beach. Be sure and make a reservation for Alexanders, one of our best on the island and, less than a 5-minute walk.
The villa boasts some additional luxury features like Alexa dots© in each room, smartphone charging stations throughout, and three pillows per head. And, appointed with warm LED lighting and battery candles for that perfect mood. All the smart flatscreen TVs are the latest state-of-the-art technology with complimentary Sling TV© in both bedrooms and living room.
The bedrooms and baths feature Beekman 1802© designer amenities, alarm clocks, earplugs, and fans. The towels and linens are of high-quality and high thread count. The kitchen is equipped with both a Keurig© machine and a coffee maker with our signature ground coffee blend. And almost every kitchen appliance needed.
We are pleased to offer you a starter breakfast, thoughtfully prepared to save you an early morning trip to the grocery store. Our breakfast selection includes mimosas made with superior Prosecco imported from Italy, some eggs, freshly baked cinnamon rolls (baked by you), English muffins with butter, and a variety of gourmet coffee options, including Nespresso© and Keurig pods, traditional drip and pour-over brewing methods, and of course half-and-half. Additionally, bring your favorite tea bags because we provide electric tea kettles, fresh fruit (locally sourced when possible), freshly baked cookies, and a few snacks to keep you satisfied. You can also find condiments in the fridge for your convenience. We are delighted to provide high-end kitchen countertop appliances some of which are Breville© and we even provide blenders to make your special libations. We have several stores that sell spirits and anything you would need to make your favorite frozen cocktail.

This property is amazingly easy to find and has an electronic lock for your convenience. Never need to worry about losing or sharing the keys. There will be a parking pass waiting for you at the drive-thru pass office. The parking pass will be under the primary renters’ name and the door code will be the last 4-digits of that same person. The first pass is complementary and additional passes are $25.00 and up depending on length of stay.
Once you enter the community from the Hwy 278 entrance continue and turn right into the visitor center and queue up in the Pass window line. They will have your pass. Return to the main road to the South gate. Display your pass on the dashboard of your car. We pay for your first car pass and you will need to pay for each additional vehicle.
The address, Wi-Fi, and some other details will be provided after a confirmed reservation.
The Savannah airport is about 45-minutes away and the airport on the island is about 2-miles.
Other things to note
This is a whole house (condo, townhouse, villa, or single-family home) rental and you will not be sharing any internal spaces with strangers. However, we do have locked-off rooms and closets for our storage. None of our properties have cameras or noise monitoring devices of any kind. Some of our properties have Alexa pucks, Google-enabled devices, Wi-Fi-enabled appliances and/or Sonos speakers of which may have microphones. You are welcome to unplug them if you have any privacy concerns. Do not unplug any of the internet equipment, remove any thermostat or smoke alarms. This could result in a potential fine and service call.
All visitors to Palmetto Dunes must have a valid parking pass. The first pass for this rental is complementary and each additional, up to four are $35 each. As each additional pass is requested we will send you a request for payment through the AirBnB resolution center.

We are Kirtis and Kristopher, formerly The Boys of Bodega Bay. We had a luxury bed and breakfast on the California coast in the quaint town of Bodega Bay. 2019 brought us a new adventure when we moved to Hilton Head Island. We want to bring the high level of hospitality we had in our inn to our new vacation rentals on the island. Both of us have been hospitality professionals for decades. In Northern California, I (Kirtis) have held the General Manager roles for a 5-star Napa Valley resort, leading Sonoma Coast vitality spa and vacation home rental agency. Kristopher has worked as an Event Coordinator, Executive Chef, and in Marketing and Real Estate Administration. We have reflected on our vast experience and extensive world travels and hopefully thought of everything you would need to enjoy our special space.
