This was our first Airbnb experience and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Margaret went above and beyond to ensure our stay was truly amazing. Her home is truly a mini oasis with two spectacular patios, a fabulous kitchen, a Jacuzzi, hummingbirds and turtles’ too. Even with the ocean only a mile away we could have comfortably stayed at her home without leaving or feeling as though we had missed out on seeing Carpinteria. Our room was nice and quiet with a private bathroom attached for additional privacy. The amenities provided during our stay were great, as well. We enjoyed wonderful conversation with Margaret and Phillip. She did everything possible to make sure our stay was a perfect experience. Margaret’s home is pleasant and inviting and it will be difficult to find another host and home that will exceed the high bar set by her. Thanks, to Margaret our stay was certainly marvelous. We’re already planning and looking forward to our next opportunity to stay with her. To put it simply, she is the best.

Margaret is the best. The place is great. It's very relaxing to sit in the sun with the hummingbirds and tortoises.

We stay at Margaret's place every year and love it. She is a wonderful hostess and always seems to think of everything that you might want or need. She is great at communicating and an all around lovely person.

This was my second stay at Margaret 's place and it was incredible. She really is a Super host and more. My son and grandson also enjoyed their stay-especially the outside area and jacuzzi. Margaret is kind and so helpful that we will be sure to come back. Best Mothers Day ever.

Margaret is the best. She always brings oranges and avocados and leaves friendly notes. I don't use much of the amenities (porch, hot-tub), but what I use is great.

Such a great place to stay. The hot tub helped after two days of playing sand volleyball. Coffee is started each morning and Margaret even made fresh banana bread. Her place is over the top.
