From the B&B you can easily reach the closest waterbus stop, Rialto Mercato, in two minutes.

The B&B rules are simple and in place to make your stay a wonderful for both: the guests and the host...
1) Please lock the door at all times
2) There are no cooking or laundry facilities for guests.
I do ask that you don´t do any cooking.
3) Please remove your shoes in the front and carry them upstairs to your room when come to the B&B after 10 pm at night
4) Not to walk with shoes in the rooms upstairs at night, and please cut down the noises.
From Aug 28 - Nov 3, 2015 the minimum stay is 2 nights.
