2-story house is nestled in a quiet, gated subdivision in Batasan Hills, Quezon City. Jollibee, 7-eleven, Watsons, Kowloon House, Infinitea and Robinsons Easymart are located near the entrance of the subdivision. SM San Mateo is 7 minutes away by car and SM Fairview is 20 minutes away. Our place is perfect for large groups, maximum of 10 pax like family getaway, sleepover with friends or meetings.

The space
There is a large kitchen, living room, office, patio and toilet and bath on the first floor. The kitchen is complete with cooking essentials like gas stove, rice cooker, microwave oven, pots, pans and dishes. (Please bring your own condiments). There is a large side by side refrigerator to keep your food in.

On the second floor, there are 2 rooms, 1 toilet and bath and veranda connected to the master's bedroom.

Wifi is available throughout the house.

There is a parking space for 1 car. No need to worry if you don't have a car since our place is grab accessible.
