Retreat, relax, rejuvenate in this one-of-a-kind row house getaway, a spacious slice of South Philly paradise. This quiet, cozy, cabana-inspired space has a private entry. Soak in a luxurious tub, enjoy delicious central AC, restore on a memory foam mattress, recline on a big velvety couch.

Located just a short walk from the Broad Street Line, it's easy to reach Center City, the Stadium District, concerts, conventions, and all of South Philly's best restaurants and neighborhoods.

The space
We are very proud of this space, and genuinely excited to share it with other people. This space was custom-designed from the ground up to feel like a getaway from the normal street-level bustle of city living. This garden-level unit has an immense sense of warmth, coziness, and security. It's great for anyone who wants a sense of peace and protectedness throughout their stay.

The furniture is all chosen with comfort in mind. The queen-sized memory foam mattresses are both soft and supportive. You don't just sit on this couch: you let it embrace you. Even the decorative choices all serve the zen-like atmosphere. The cabana/swimming pool theme is supported with balmy colors, a recurring wave motif, and other organic design elements.

Plus the location is really terrific. There are shops, restaurants, public transportation stops, parks, tourist attractions all nearby. And South Philly has a particular character that's like nowhere else on Earth.

Neighborhood highlights

We are generally located in South Philadelphia. You could describe our specific neighborhood as West Passyunk or Girard Estates. This is a wonderfully vibrant neighborhood with an excellent combination of lifelong locals, adopted South Philadelphians, and visitors. Because of all this diversity, there is an *extremely* good local food culture, with too many wonderful gastropubs, cafes, restaurants, bistros, noodle shops, sandwich shops, pizzerias, bakeries, and more to possibly list them all.

We are also very conveniently located for just about anything else you might want to do in Philadelphia. We are just a hop away from the subway. The sports stadiums are just down Broad Street to the South, and Center City is down Broad Street to the north. The airport and the whole rest of the city are all highly accessible from here.

One thing we especially love about this neighborhood is how it manages to feel both local/friendly and also dynamic/urban at the same time--that's a very difficult balance to strike, and we are so happy to have found it.
