This cozy studio apartment style space is part of a multi unit historical home. It features a private entrance, comfy queen bed, seating area/living room, spacious walk in closet, large bathroom with tub and shower combo, tv, WiFi and a beautiful garden deck. Only a 5 minute walk from downtown Lafayette, LA. 2 mi from the Airport.

We have a 5'7'' low-height ceiling!

Also, there is a 2 small grocery stores less than 1/2 mile (0.8 km) away. Their names are Tammy's and Superette. 3 Restaurants less than a 5 min walk and many pubs within Downtown area.
