The Cozy Penthouse is a lovely stay with beautiful sea and mountain views of the Amalfi coast. The newly renovated penthouse is located in the historic town of Pontone, halfway between Ravello and Amalfi. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the amazing surroundings, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The space
Open space with kitchen: The exclusive penthouse offers an open space with a fresh decor and eye-catching details. The wooden beams and lighting create a warm and romantic interior. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave oven and other cooking accessories.

Warm and stylish bathroom: The bathroom style recalls nature with its wooden elements, round walk-in shower and mountain view.

Unique bed and custom closet: The one of a kind wooden bed offers amazing valley and sea views. It is the perfect place to relax, read a book or watch smart TV. The finishing touch is the custom made closet for clothes.

Terrace and lounge:
Outside the panoramic 23 mq terrace offers beautiful views of the sea, valley and mountains. The terrace comes equipped with a refreshing outdoor shower and lounge sofa to enjoy your sunset drink.

Guest access
A suggestion regarding transportation is to rent a car or scooter to explore the coastline. Public transportation may not be easiest way to get around. The nearest bus stop is within 5-10 min walking distance from the penthouse.

Private parking is available for 35€/week or 15€/daily. The gated parking space is situated within 1 min walking distance. Parking near the penthouse on public streets will cost the same as private parking.

Other things to note
Please do not smoke inside the penthouse and use the terrace instead.

At your arrival, please present a valid ID card or passport. The tourist tax is 1,50€/night per person and must be paid in cash.

The terrace lounge cushions must be stored in the outdoor cupboard after daily use (unexpected wind and rain are attributing factors).
