Big family home set on a big corner block fully fenced. Upstairs has Main room with ensuite and walk in and second with 1 single bed another bathroom. Open plan kitchen living and dining . Downstairs consists of 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds. Another bathroom downstairs with common space with lounge bed.
The house has a big wrap around deck with bbq. The house comes with use of bikes and surf boards.
Located in beautiful Yaroomba, walk ,ride or drive to yaroomba beach and to Coolum beach.

Woolies is 3 minutes away. Climb Mt Coolum and take in the views.
