The apartment, situated on the ground floor, is fully furnished and situated in a quiet residential area close to many services, three hundred meters from the sea, one hundred meters from the public park and the Alba stop of the new Metromare.
The apartment is equipped with: fridge with freezer, oven, washing machine, television, wi-fi connection. With a 15-minute walk you can easily reach Viale Ceccarini and the sports facilities of Riccione where the Swimming Stadium is located.

The space
The apartment has a walkable surface of 86 square meters and has two large double bedrooms, one with a single bed in addition, a bedroom with a bridge wardrobe and two beds of which a removable one, kitchen and living room in a unique environment with a sofa that can be transformed into a bed if necessary, bathroom with shower floor and a well-kept garden on the east side. On the west side of the house there is a small area of 20 square meters with garden and wooden floor where you can dine and have breakfast outdoors under the olive trees.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, located on the ground floor, the garden on the east side of the house, and the area on the west side where you can have breakfast outdoors under the olive trees.

Other things to note
For organizational reasons, from June 4, 2022 to September 10, 2022, only reservations from Saturday to Saturday of at least 7 nights are accepted. Check-in only on Saturdays.
With a 15-minute walk you can easily reach Viale Ceccarini and the sports facilities of Riccione where you can find the Swimming Stadium and the playhall of Riccione where various sports and cultural events are organized.
