Very good overall and Jean made us feel very welcomed. The only drawbacks were:
1. Location was a little tricky to find, but Jean helped guide us on the road
2. The WiFi signal wasn't strong enough to reach the room, although it was strong in the lounge area
Jean was a very helpful and informative host. She quickly was there to meet us and gave us information we needed for our stay. She asked us when we would be starting our day so she could have our breakfast prepaired for us. The house is quite a walk from town but if you have a car it is a wonderful choice for a B & B. Thank You Jean for making us feel at home in your house!
Jean's hospitality was impeccable, she even allowed a later than usual check in to facilitate our late flight into Inverness. We were a party of five sharing the family room and she was kind enough to offer us access to an additional bathroom in a spare room.
I booked to stay with Jean at the last minute, she was very helpful and responded almost immediately. The house is clean and spacious, and 4 of us had a very comfortable night.
My family and i flew into Inverness on the 13th September and we stayed at Jean's place for 3 days before flying out to Paris. We were a little lost while we were on our way to her place, however, Jean's husband, Donnie, did not hesitate to come over to where we were to set us on the right path. Both Jean and Donnie were very hospitable and friendly and settled us in very quickly without any issues. My family and i booked the family room with an en-suite bathroom and it was fantastic! The room was very comfortable and cosy and the bathroom was huge and had everything we needed.
Jean served us continental breakfast every morning and that was plenty enough for us! With just a mere 15 minutes away (driving) from the airport and another 10 minutes away from the town centre and not to mention, 4 Tescos (5-8 mins away), Jean's location could not have been any better! Jean and Donnie were also very helpful when we needed directions to Skye and Lochness, they were more than willing to share tips and how to get around whenever we needed their help.
I would definitely stay at her place when i'm back in Inverness again! It was a lovely lovely stay and my family and i enjoyed every minute of Jean and Donnie's warm, sincere and friendly scottish hospitality!
Wie would like to say thanks to Jean for the quick and easy booking procedure and the friendly communications. The room was clean and we enjoyed the rich and varied breakfast.

I heard about Airbnb from one of our guests. I run the B&B with some help from my partner.I try to provide a friendly welcoming atmosphere and you will find me very easy going.I will always try to meet guests needs and any special requests as regards breakfast etc. We can also provide a pick up and drop off service for an additional charge to and from the Airport and Bus Station (for less than a taxi costs).
Highland Hospitality at its best from your host. I look forward to welcoming guests and hope to see you soon.
