The space is open, bright, and thoughtfully laid out, with a full kitchen suitable for everyday cooking, a comfortable living area for work or relaxation, and a private outdoor yard that adds rare livability for Venice.
Both bedrooms feature queen-size memory-foam mattresses, while the living room includes a memory-foam sleeper sofa for additional flexibility. The bathroom includes a deep soaking tub and rainfall shower, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring the neighborhood.
The unit also includes in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning and heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, a 50” HDTV with streaming services, keyless entry, and one reserved off-street parking space. Beach cruiser bikes and beach gear are provided for easy coastal access.
