This 5 star unit is a modern high-end 2 bedroom, 1 bath 2nd floor oasis that features a chef inspired kitchen, spa whirlpool bathtub & shower, whole house filtered water (yes, you'll be showering with filtered water!), an audiophile 5.1 system with 60" HDTV, RokuTV, YouTubeTV, AppleTV, WiFi, Air Conditioning, Washer, Dryer, a private off street parking space, keyless entry and more.

There is also a super small private outdoor patio area with 4 stools and BBQ (see photo)

This unit is open & bright and has peaceful palm tree views! Each of the 2 bedrooms has a queen bed as well and there's also a convertible couch bed in the living room. The unit comes with one private reserved parking space and the doors to get into your unit are keyless. All you do is enter in a special 4 digit code to open!

It is possible to have 1 mid stay cleaning with 30+ night rentals. If interested, please contact to arrange.
