2 upper floors: 5 apartments with 7 rooms and 6 bathrooms. All with huge southern terraces.

Just under i have second house so full accomodation can be about 35 people. Great for big groups !!!

The space
Spend an unforgettable holiday in the most beautiful part of Adriatic
coast, only 50m from the crystal clear sea. We are situated in small place well known for its beautiful beaches. 18 km southern of Split.

Distance from market, beach bar and restaurant is less than 100m. Distance from the town center Dugi Rat is 600m (ambulance,
supermarkets, bank, post office, coffee bars, pizzerias and
restaurants) - linked to the villa with beach promenade.

We are just 5 km from Omis (rafting on river, fish picnick, trips to the
islands and the river of Cetina, a beautiful old town with bars,
restaurants and souvenir shops), 18 km from Split (1700 years old
town, all ferries to islands, museums and night clubs) and just 1,5 hour distance with the car from Croatian most beautiful national park Krka.

You can take whole house that can accommodate maximum 22 persons. Also we can agree partially house booking. I have another house near so you can combo easly up to 35 people

House consist:
Floor 0: 60m2 big studio on ground Floor ( huge table, big modern kitchen, bathroom, huge couches, 170cm TV)

Floor 1:
Apartment 45m2 - 2 rooms, 1 bathroom, seaview

Floor 2: Apartment 42m2 - room plus living room, 1 bathroom, seaview

All suites are door to door and have an easy communication. So house has in total 7 or 8 sleeping spaces with max. 22 beds and 6 bathrooms.

From summer 2018 we have swimming pool area plus 70m2 big lounge on the same level ( huge table for 20, big kitchen, bathroom, 2 couch,tv)

Parking is just in backyard of house, it is free and secure.
