An experience of tranquility, privacy, luxury in minimalism, being far enough from town to experience your own "bubble" yet close enough to be within 10 minutes walking distance (or tuctuc ride of a few minutes).
The space
A gorgeous studio apartment that will grant you the space and tranquility to spend your days within a nourishing space. All one space: queen bed, large bathroom, washbasin with large mirror and a well equipped kitchen to prepare your nourishing gourmet meals (oven included!).
You will experience in indoor/outdoor lifestyle, as your living/dining room is outside, however well protected from the elements.
Hot water on-demand, water filter faucet, good internet. Your basic needs are catered for and the close access to the lakefront (via the property garden) along with the short walking distance to town makes this little apartment a gem for your short or longer stays.
Guest access
The property is shared with 3 apartments. You will be living in the top most apartment. All guests have access to the garden, with its 100 steps down towards the lakefront beach. You will be able to use our neighbor's dock for swimming or catching a private boat ride to other towns on the lake.,
