Our stay at David's home was wonderful! He had the fire going when we arrived, and he immediately made us feel so welcome! His home is cozy and very spacious. The deck is lovely, looking out to the woods behind. The house is well stocked with food, games and books. Our daughter had so much fun on the trampoline! He provided the sweetest tomatoes for us picked from his garden! Breakfast was fabulous. David was fast with responses when we had a question or needed something. He's an amazing host. Definitely recommend staying there!

A beautiful, clean place in a magical setting with a warming woodstove/fireplace stocked with all the firewood you might want. David is kind and welcoming but unobtrusive. The barn is a home really with a well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds, two bathrooms and a lovely deck. The overall experience was warm, inviting and charming. Can't wait to return!

My husband and I had a fantastic time at the Maine Magic Barn!! We were delighted to see a decently stocked fridge with plant based options (David asked ahead of time if we had any allergies/restrictions). The apartment is quite large and we had plenty of room for our group of four. Astro and Kalou are friendly and we had fun interacting with them as well :) David was a great host and we look forward to future trips to Maine so we can stay here!

David's barn is a fantastic place to stay with great access to good food and outdoor activities (hiking, beaches). We also enjoyed ourselves just spending time at the barn eating on the porch and making a fire. David was responsive, respectful and an overall fantastic host. In particular he provided breakfast supplies that were all locally made/grown. We would definitely stay here again.

We came to Bath to see Maine and visit relatives. We enjoyed staying at the "Magic in Maine" barn so much! It was a spacious, quaint apartment with a beautiful deck. The hosts provided organic breakfast foods and we very helpful when needed. They were welcoming, kind hosts. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun place to stay in Maine.

Secluded place that was conveniently located in the middle of numerous things to do. David was great at recommending what to do in the area and he checked in on us several times throughout our stay.
