Completely Renovated Historic Craftsman Bungalow located within walking distance (<1 mile (S Elm St)) to downtown Greensboro and close to Bennett College. This is a family-friendly and stylish house that becomes your home away from home. You will feel right at home from the moment of your arrival. During your stay, you’ll especially love that you can sit outside in a screened in frond porch or big back porch that gives you privacy.

The space
This bedroom is on the downstairs level that has a total of 2 bedrooms and has its own private bathroom. Entry to the house is available via smart lock in the front or back of the house. It is completely renovated and has everything you need for a good nights rest. The room has its own separate smart lock with a good and fast Wi-Fi connection. The room provides a nice bed/mattrass. There is a full shared modern kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and refrigerator for you to use. However there are many food options in less than 1 mile walk (S Elm St) if you don't feel like cooking. Also, CAR PARKING is FREE and available on the porch (first come, first serve) or on the street! A bus stop is at the end of the street but Uber/Lyft will drop you off for a reasonable price.

Where you’ll be

Greensboro, North Carolina, United States

This is one of the older neighborhoods that has a lot of character with old houses that unfortunately sometimes abandoned. My street is safe to walk and bike and very quiet at night. Nocho park is around the corner to play a game of basketball.
