Lucy and Richard have a beautiful house and are very welcoming. The place is immaculate. Richard is happy to fix breakfast and help with any advice on the area. The neighborhood is historic and gorgeous. We were very lucky to find this place and would love to return again!
Lucy and Richard were friendly and accomodating hosts. It was very easy to relax in their lovely home. They were able to provide a cot for our 7 month old daughter which was really helpful, and also advice on options of local attractions, we borrowed a map card from them and had a really good day out. We would be very happy to stay there again.

Lucy was a great host and made us feel really welcome after accepting us at very short notice. Our room was extremely comfortable and the house was spotless and beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lucy's place and she was very obliging letting us use her washer and dryer. Breakfast next day was also delicious. I would highly recommend staying here as it is a very peaceful retreat, but close to lots of historic places.
We enjoyed our stay with Lucy very much. On arrival we were made to feel very welcome. The house is beautifully furninished with an eye to detail,.it all has a lovely English atmosphere and flare to it. Our rooms were cosy, clean and comfortable. Hospitality was at its best. We also availed of Lucy's culinary delights (highly recommendable) enjoying delicious evening meals after a relaxing time in the 'hot tub'. Lucy gave us some fantastic sight-seeing tips which we explored and enjoyed beyond our expectations. We were also delighted to make aquaintance with two of her friends and we enjoyed our conversations with Lucy and her friends very much.
We hope to avail of Lucy's hospitality again and look forward to our return visit.
Richard and Lucy are terrific hosts with a gorgeous home in a beautiful setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend them.
Fantastic !!!! We adored our 3 night stay in the Cotswolds with Richard and Lucy. From the first moment we arrived they both went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Richard made us a beautiful dinner the first night , followed by a dip in the outdoor heated spa. We could not have enjoyed it more. Our 3 children loved taking paddi for a walk , we were given a detailed map with lots of local history from Richard and Lucy, and the kids loved having a big yard to move around in.
Breakfast was amazing !!!! The house is easy to find and close to loads of attractions and walks. We booked 3 rooms and had our own bathroom , everything you could need or want , even had a WII , Kids books games !! As I said in the guest book we arrived as guests and felt like we left as friends. I'm very thankful to both Richard and Lucy, it was such a lovely part of our trip. Don't hesitate to book !!
