Stay at Gray Goose Cottage and enjoy this charming delightfully decorated home for the holiday season. This charming home is located 23 miles from Intel, 3 miles from Cooper Progress Park, 0.7 miles from the Kokosing Gap Trail/Memorial Park, 1.2 miles from the Mt Vernon square, 4.1 miles to Kenyon College, and 2.8 miles from Mt Vernon Nazarene University. This charming 4 bedroom home is a perfect getaway or family gathering place during the holidays. When you see the clean transitional design, comfortable furnishings, and cozy rooms you will never want to leave!
★★Indoor Space★★
Kitchen/Living/Dining:
When you walk in you will be awed by the spacious fully stocked kitchen ready for you and your family to whip up a meal together. There is a coffee/snack station off the kitchen as you walk into the dining room that offers complimentary coffee and snacks. The dining room features a modern concrete table for all to gather around. The living room has two sofas plus more seating for your family to sit back and enjoy a movie on the 55" HD TV with Roku that you can stream your favorite movies and TV shows.
Bedrooms:
The home offers 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with queen beds and full closets in each room. A bathroom containing a tub/shower and pedestal sink is convienently located in the hallway.
The second floor has an open loft area with a queen size bed, and roll top desk that makes it convenient to work remotely. There is no door to this loft area but it does feel private and is quiet. Our high speed 400Mbps internet will allow you to stream all your video calls and remote meetings with ease.
The fourth bedroom is located off of the loft and contains a double and single bed. There is a door to this room that separates it from the loft. The second bathroom is located on this level and has a walk in rain shower and double vanities.
★★Outdoor Space★★
I'm sure you didn't miss our outdoor entertaining on your way in! We have a two burner gas grill and patio table that seats 6 on the back porch. After dinner snuggle up around the fire pit for drinks or s'mores. Our fire pit is fully stocked with starter logs and everything you will need to enjoy a cozy evening under the stars. What, you didn't bring your marshmallows and graham crackers?! Not to worry we have provided all the fixings for you! Come, sit back, relax, and enjoy your stay at the Gray Goose Cottage!

★★Rental Agreement/Security Deposit★★
Please note that we require our guests to sign and agree to a separate rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. We also require a security deposit hold of $500 2 days before arrival.
★★Cancellation Policy★★
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
★★Additional Rules★★
*All persons must be 21+ years of age with the exception of children traveling with parents (children DO count towards the number of guests regardless of age).
*Check-in: After 4:00 PM. No early check-ins.
*Check-out: 10:00 AM. There are NO late check-outs due to our cleaning crews schedule.
*8 people max, if you bring more people than reflected on your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund.

*No smoking in doors. Dispose of all cigarette butts in pails with sand, located on the back porch.
*No pets allowed. If you bring a pet of any kind you will be asked to leave without a refund.
*No parties or events.
*Absolutely no fires or inside or out unless in the fire pit. No fireworks. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $150 plus damages.
*Unfortunately we can't control the weather and no refunds will be given for bad weather. You the guest are going on vacation and are making an investment. It's your responsibility to protect it. There are websites that offer comparisons of different vacation insurance plans and many credit card companies offer it as well.
