  • We thought that the little studio was really imaginatively designed and was just right for a short break in Bordeaux. The area was good as all the main attractions of Bordeaux were within walking distance.
We enjoyed the cheese selection that Letitia's partner delivered from his wonderful cheese stall in The Marche des Capucines plus plenty of useful advice re places to eat etc were much appreciated.
If you have a car Parking Halles des Grandes Hommes is a few minutes walk away
Altogether a most enjoyable visit thank you Letitia and Richard

  • Laetitia's apartment is great! It is right in the centre of Bordeaux, quick walk to all the major tourist sites! The apart was very clean and orderly. Even though we didn't get to meet Laetitia she was very cordial and helpful over the phone! I definitely recommend this apartment!

  • We have had a lovely time in Bordeaux!
The flat is in a really great location, central in a quiet side street. It is very well designed with a perfectly equipped kitchen for making a quick meal and with a view over the rooftops of Bordeaux. The design maximises the space really well (it is one room, but feels open and spacious. It's important to know the person you are sharing it with fairly well!)
We had a car and parking was a bit of a struggle, as it is anywhere in central Bordeaux. We found free unlimited street parking slightly outside the centre and caught the tram (which is cheap, quick and frequent)back into the centre. There is also a car park a five minute walk from the flat which is handy if arriving late -about €3.50 from 9pm ish till 7am.
Laetitia was very friendly, easy to contact and a great host. The flat had useful information about local restaurants and groceries which were very close by. Excellent value, we would definitely recommend staying there and hopefully we'll be back soon! Thank you!

  • This is a small but really nice and comfortable studio where to spend a few days. You can find all you may need during your stay.
Just consider that you will be at the 4th floor and the building has no elevator.
Laetitia is lovely and available to help you in case of need.

    A conseiller !

About
Hi everyone ! I work in architecture, and used to work in the wine... My living experiences abroad, in Argentina, Mexico, Peru, England and Canada make me feel like offering what I really appreciated overseas : to rent a place representative of the local architecture. And that's what I am doing now ! You can enjoy your stay in Bordeaux, feeling like being home, with all you need : WIFI, a fully equiped kitchen for the one who like to cook and also a cheese and wine tasting ! I am happy to share my good "Bordeaux tips" with you and to recommend you places to see here and around !
