About this space:

We are DOT Accredited. We are located within the heart of San Juan surfing area. 3-5 minutes walking distance to the beach and close to resorts, restaurant hubs, coffee shops, shopping souvenirs, 711 and other convenient stores. And Yes, we are Pet friendly! The main house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, and a veranda. It comes fully furnished, including all your essential kitchen amenities.

This family house converted to a vacation place is located on the quieter side of Urbiztondo, San Juan. It has 4 bedrooms and 1 mezzanine room, 2 washrooms, kitchen, living area and a veranda. All rooms have Air Condition.

The published rate is good for up to 18 pax. Additional guest is P500 per night. The house is equipped with Converge Fiber WiFi, cable TV and CCTV.

The Master's bedroom has a queen size bed with a single bed and has its own wash room. The adjacent room has 1 double deck bed which is perfect for 2 or 3 people. The other room on the other side of the house has 1 king size bed with a pull over, and the next room has 2 double deck beds and 1 single bed. Lastly, the mezzanine room has 2 single beds. You can also request for towels. We also have an outdoor shower available.

The house is only 3-5 minutes walking distance to the beach, surfing area and dining places. If you're looking to enjoy the nightlife, Flotsam and Jetsam, Kabsat, Daluyon and other establishments are only around 10-12 minutes walk and 3 minutes drive. If you are planning to go to the market, we have 2 options. San Fernando Market is 10 minutes away while San Juan public market is around 8 minutes. Which makes the location perfect for family, group or single travelers.

*Note: The main house is one of the two listings within the property. We have another independent unit that is good for 10 people and it is located just beside the main house. If this unit is booked, there would be other people within the property. They are not allowed to enter the main house and you are not allowed to enter the unit as well. The common area is parking and the balcony.

We are only 3-5 minutes walk from the surfing area/ beach, Tagpuan 7-eleven, Mad Monkeys, Olpub, Kahuna, and other dining areas. Flotsam and Jetsam, Clean Beach, Urbiz Garden and other hang out places is just around 5-10 minutes walk.
