Guests love this home’s spaciousness for a comfortable stay.
You have your own private access to the beach AND water views of the Chesapeake Bay that no other home in the area has. The sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking! Paddle boards and kayaks are provided.

My husband and I renovated the interior of the house this past year. We poured all of our love (and sweat) designing and crafting a home away from home with you in mind!!

You'll find the kitchen stocked with all of the essentials. Towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are all provided.

The space
You will have the entire house to yourself (except for the garage)!

The house is ~2600sqft, 3 bedrooms / 2.5 bath. There is a space with a king bed that is part of the primary bedroom suite for additional sleeping arrangements. To access the space, guests must go through primary suite.

There are 2 Roku TVs in the house so you are welcome to login and use your own streaming services.

We are a pet free home. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or drugs allowed under any circumstances. Breaking these house rules will incur a minimum $500 cleaning fee.

Guest access
Please keep in mind there are stairs to the front entrance of the house. The common living area, kitchen and sunroom are all on the second story so again, stairs will need to be accessed!

The driveway can accommodate 3-4 cars so there is plenty of parking onsite.

Our favorite coffee shop and brewery, COVA, is a 5 minute drive away (~2mi away). The Bold Mariner is another local brewery with some of the best BBQ - it is a 2 minute drive or short walk away (~0.4mi away).

Other things to note
We host responsibly - The City of Norfolk requires a 9% transient occupancy tax as well as a $3 per night room tax which is included in the total cost!

The property is monitored with Ring Floodlight Cameras at each entrance of the house for added security.
