Remodeled, cook's delight kitchen features quartz counter tops, SS appliances, 6 burner gas range w/ convection oven. Polished concrete floors throughout with engineered wood floors in guest bedrooms. Great Room features eight high rough sawn wood ceiling with peeled pole rafters for a beautiful southwestern look featuring a bee hive fireplace.

The master bedroom has an on suite bathroom with a,dual sink vanity and French doors opening out to the covered porch. Back yard features flagstone pavers, a raised bed w/ irrigation for a garden, lemon and a fig tree. Private courtyard opens up to a natural walking path.

Neighborhood highlights

Located in the extremely desirable Civano 1 Neighborhood. Abundant Walking Trails and Wild Life are right outside the home. Civano has two community swimming pools and tennis courts. There's small shops located in the center of Civano including the Little Cakery. We are minutes drive to the Saguaro National Park, Kartchner Caverns and Davis Montham AFB.
