This apartment is located at the residential / urban district, Sai Wan Ho. Featured with stylish furnished and located in the east side of Hong Kong Island. Most importantly, you can see the Victoria Harbor view overlooking the Kowloon East. A 26 square meters (280 square feet) condo comes with a real double bed, a three seated DAY BED, a hot shower bathroom, an open kitchen with gas stoves with simple facilities, working desk, bedding linen and towels provided, etc.
My helper will come twice times a week (if requested) in the afternoon to do simple clean up.
Two person occupancy with an extra space for another person sleeping is maximum.

There are three lifts from the ground floor to the condo, no struggling of luggage up the stairs.

You can message me as often as you can, and will answer your question ASAP. My English speaking "helper" will give her best assistance to all your needs, but please understand that she is not the hotel staff, they are not concierge staff, so please do not treat them as such, and we kindly ask you to be polite with her.
Just only a leisure 5 mins walk to Cityplaza in Taikoo Shing and Kornhill Plaza (both MTR assessable), with big supermarket. 24-hours convenience shops, pharmacies, Chinese restaurants, wet market, fruit market, HK style local cafe, movie theaters are just short walk away.
Next to the building, there is the famous "Tai On Building". It has been a place for local HK snacks and some people driving their expensive car to taste the food stall here. This street level food and shopping mall you should not miss ... for example HKD 18 for a wonton soup noodle, mini-car noodle (車仔麵), congee/steamed rice roll/Beef mix-mix, mini-egg-cake (雞蛋仔), deep fried pig's intestine ... the most tasty yummy and evil local food are all there. Michelin Stars restaurants is nearby and lots of dinning choices at Soho East district. Hong Kong is a gourmet paradise, you can CLICK "open rice" at (website hidden) for check up and study.
CULTURE and RECREATION
For more cultural side in the neighborhood, there is Sai Wan Ho Harbor Park; Hong Kong Film Archive and Sai Wan Ho Cultural Centre are very near by.
In Summer, you can even easily get to SHEK O beach, Shek O Beach is a sandy public beach at Shek O. It is a popular weekend and holiday destination, offering a public barbecue area and many restaurants. The rocky cliffs provide an excellent place for sports climbing. Around one mile north of Shek O beach, after passing the Shek O Country Club, is Big Wave Bay. As its name suggests, big waves roll on to the beach, propelled by the wind, making it a popular destination for surfers. Wind surfers can be found in the sea off Big Wave Bay and Shek O beaches. Take a taxi, mini-bus or a direct bus from Shau Kei Wan bus station will go there.

Right next to Sai Wan Ho MTR station, meaning super convenient to get to anywhere in the city. Our many public transport links include frequent MTR trains, buses, trams and minibuses. Cross harbor bus goes to Kowloon side to Tsim Sha Tsui, Nathan Road and Mongkok.
Airport express bus A12 takes 40mins to transfer you to and from the airport.
15 mins MTR ride to Causeway Bay.
20 mins MTR ride to Central.
25 mins MTR ride to Kowloon Tsim Sha Tsui and Mongkok.
1 min to Tram station, accessing from Kennedy Town to Shau Kei Wan.
1 min to bus stop to most area in Hong Kong and Cross Harbor bus to Kowloon

Dear guest, you might have read or seen from somewhere that Airbnb or similar sites have been comment in newspapers or television, for this kind of "short rental" is supposedly “ilegal” business.
My view about the above is very simple: we are friends, and I am the owner of the apartment, and you are my inviting stay guests. Our friendship speaks for itself. No need to answer anyone anything, people in the building specially Juristic Manager might try to ask some information about who you are? or did you booked the apartment from the site? or how much did you payed for the apartement? So far, we don’t have any report about such incidents but it could happen. But if these questions is being asked, please state to them you are a friend of the owner, Victor CHEONG, who is living in Hong Kong and this is his other apartment, and you have been invited to stay there.
If such cases does happens, please contact me directly.

2. Personal Identification
When checking in, I need to take photo (with your presence) of your passport with (A) Personal identification information & photo; (B) HK entry stamp (by the HK immigration authority).
This is a self-catering & self-service type of property. I designed and furnished this apartment to give warm and comfortable for my own usage during my stay in Hong Kong.
So respect the property as much as you can and make it clean for next coming guest, the next guest might be YOU!

Apart from that, we just ask you to respect my apartment in the same way as you would respect your own home.
HOUSE CLEANING :
We will provide a house cleaning every time before your check in. I provide up to once a week complementary cleaning service for guests staying over one week. You can request extra cleaning services, should you need it, at the cost of US$ 25/cleaning.
NO SMOKING :
It is STRICTLY no smoking inside the apartment.
SAVE ENERGY :
And if you could turn the air conditioning and lights off each time when you leave the apartment, to help us look after mother earth, that would be great too.
LATE CHECK OUT and EARLY CHECK IN:
We will try our best to accommodate any request for late check out and early check in provided that there is availability and it is requested 24 hours prior to check in day or check out day. Please note that such requests, when accepted by the owner of the property via emails, are subject to extra charges, if needed.
RESPECT THE PROPERTY:
Although very central, the neighborhood is super quiet and best suits chilled out people who respect this vibe. As this is not a hotel, we prefer to rent to people who treat the place very well and respect it as if it was their own home.
The tenant also need to apply proper care to the furniture and equipments. Any loss or damage of items and to the property will be charged according to the actual costs of replacement.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Vic's apartment and it made an excellent start as my first airb&b experience. Risa was waiting for me on my arrival and was extremely helpful, even popped around the next morning to help me with the gas stove.
The apartment is as described and extremely comfortable and there is great water pressure in the shower! The views are spectacular, the scaffolding detracts a little, but won't always be there. I did all my cooking in the apartment (very sad not to be able to eat locally due to a food intolerance) and Risa pointed out where to buy fresh vegetables etc, and there is an enormous supermarket within walking distance. The kitchen facilities were ideal for me.
Vic was responsive to any questions and his condo manual is very comprehensive.
The apartment is very handy to all forms of transport and makes a great trip from the centre on the tram - if you have lots of time. The trams and buses pass the door and the MTR is just a block away.
I would certainly recommend the apartment as a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Hong Kong.

This was my first AirBnB experience and it was definitely amazing. The apartment was exactly as described. Risa met us at the Sai Wan Ho station and helped us get settled in. Both were very accessible via WhatsApp. I managed to mess up the safe (as I did not follow directions) and Vic was over within a few minutes (literally) to help me. Vic was extremely pleasant, kind and welcoming. He recommended some areas to explore and was soooo helpful. :) :) :) He was also great and helped me phone a couple of places since I did not have an unlocked phone and was not able to make any calls.
The Sai Wan Ho area is less touristy but had great local dim sum, bakeries and noodle shops. I loved the area and would stay again.
Very convenient to the MTR and with the Tourist pass, unlimited MTR for 72 hours worked out perfectly. The area was extremely safe as well. The building has around the clock security at the front as well.
I again thank both Vic and Risa for being so wonderful and welcoming. It made my first stay in Hong Kong a very memorable one. I was definitely sad to leave my "home" of a few days. Even in my short stay I felt that his apartment

Small apartment consistent with the pictures and descriptions. The apartment is comfortable, cozy and conveniently located next to an MTR station. Han and his helper were very helpful when we arrived and always made themselves available when needed. We were very happy with the 3 days we stayed there. We recommend Han's place.
The neighbourhood was colourful, lively and a good break from Central Hong Kong. The apartment was comfortable, bed was quite firm but after a long day, it doesn't really matter. Really well fitted out apartment and very clean. Host was always ready to answer our questions, the only thing that was disappointing was the scaffolding surrounding the building at the moment does obstruct the view, which was something we were looking forward to.
