The unit is on the 2nd floor of the building which has a security guard at the entrance.

Car Parking : spaces available along the building on « well road ».

Small grocery store at 1min walking distsnce or « market garden supermarket » in Simpson

convertible sofa bed, air conditioner (AC) ✅

Bedroom : Queen size bed, one full closet + one half closet. storage shelves.
❗️AC in the bedroom is currently not working

Bathroom: large shower, toilet, storage, sink with mirror, bath/beach towels.
