Beautiful, spacious 3 Bedroom Condo, located near City College of San Francisco. Less than 5 minute walk to Bart Station, and Ocean Avenue. Easy access to highway 280 both North and South, and accomodating pathway to downtown San Francisco. Amazing view of the greater San Francisco urban area.
weekdays rate for more then 4 guests is $220 and weekends rate is $250

The home is located near City College of San Francisco, 5 minute walk to Bart Station and direct muni line to Downtown San Francisco and Union Square. Whole Foods market, 24 Hour Fitness, SF Library Branch, and local restaurants all conveniently located on Ocean Ave, and within a short distance from the home. Street Parking is readily available. In addition, we included a parking space with a set price per night.
Other Things to Note
The building is on the slope, uphill.
Please leave the place pretty much the way you found it. Please leave the bed sheets out unfolded on the mattress with towels and pillow covers to be cleaned for the next guests.

1.Smoking is NOT allowed in or near any of our units or on the deck/patio
2.CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: The rental period begins at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and terminates at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure, unless prior arrangements have been made. Early check in or late departures will incur an extra charge.
3.CANCELLATION: There is a cancellation fee equal to the price of the damage deposit paid for any cancellation notification received more than 60 days prior to occupancy. There are no refunds if the reservation is cancelled less than 60 days prior to the arrival date
4.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
5.All of the units are privately owned; the owners are NOT responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

8.PETS are permitted only with prior approval. There is an additional charge of one time of a $25 fee for pet cleaning and the Pet Addendum must be completed.
9.Parking on the road/street is free of charge. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. There is a parking onsite for an additional charge of $20/night.
10.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
11. Jacuzzi bath tub : [No children under the age of 10 permitted in the jacuzzi bath tub any time without adult supervision
13.[Fireplace: The fireplace is a non-vented propane gas log fired firebox. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace.] Please turn off the Fireplaces when it is not in use
14.Bathroom: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages.
15.Damage and Cleaning Issue: Any damage or cleaning issues noticed upon arrival should be reported to the owner immediately. If damage or cleaning issues are not reported within 3 hours of your arrival, your credit card may be charged for the cost of the repair. All general maintenance issues should also be reported so the unit can be kept in good repair. You must contact the cleaning company to address any cleaning issues within 3 hours of your arrival. You will not incur any additional charges if the following items are adhered to
16.Rate Changes and Minimum - Rates and minimum stay are subject to change without notice prior to rental confirmation.

19.GUEST and/or their guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law or ordnance, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the premises
20.GUEST agrees that during the term of this agreement and such further time as he/she occupies the premises, he/she will keep the rental clean and free of trash, garbage, and other waste; and all pipes, wires, glass, plumbing and other equipment and fixtures in the same condition as at the beginning of, or may put in during the term of the agreement, reasonable wear and tear and damage by unavoidable fire and casualty only exception
21.GUEST assures that any tenant who violates any of the terms of this Agreement shall be immediately denied occupancy and shall remedy any damages or other expenses, which are caused by the tenant and/or the tenant's guest(s).
22.QUIET HOUR POLICY: QUIET HOURS are defined as hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekends. No loud noises that could disturb the neighbors from quiet enjoyment of their homes are allowed during this time.
23.Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless:
The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area"
Host was great at communicating and flat description was accurate. We had a nice stay at Karen's place!
We came down for Pride weekend and we loved our stay here! The condo was beautiful and nicely furnished. There were long windows covering the dining room which lit up the house. All of the rooms were clean and fully furnished! The deck and outside area was clean and the view over San Francisco from the top of the hill was amazing. We had no problems checking in or checking out. The only thing I could comment on which wasn't really even that bad was the extremely long and steep hill that we had to climb to get to the condo. It was exhausting but we needed the cardio. The quiet time after 11pm was a little annoying. We were talking in the bedroom one night and someone from upstairs knocked to signal for us to quiet down. I think that time could be adjusted, especially for the people coming down for festivals and such.
I was extremely pleased with my stay at this condo and i do recommend that you pick it should any decide to travel to San Fran. Thank you so much Karen

We had a really good time in San Francisco and the condo the only issue we had is that our van was vandalized park right in front of the condo it. Was scratched deeply all around so beware where you park thanks
This was a very conveniently located place for my family to stay for my graduation at the Masonic SF. It was usually 10-20mins' drive to Chinatown, the Ferry Building, and Nob Hill (save for a game at AT&T Park). We had two cars (including a minivan) and had no trouble with finding street parking. The hill is steep, however, so you'll get your exercise in, and the street can be narrow--don't forget to fold in your side mirrors to prevent someone from hitting them! There were two bedrooms that had one queen bed in them, one bedroom with two queens, and a futon in the living room. Our host had plenty of shampoo and conditioner for us. Kitchen comes with a dishwasher, coffeemaker, microwave, and some jelly roll pans and some pots for cooking. Karen was easy to get in touch with via text when we needed her. While this is more of a place to stay while you're in town than a getaway spot, it definitely served its purpose. Some finer touches to improve on the experience would include more hooks for towels in the unit, adding washcloths and more hand towels to the bathrooms, and things like facial tissues and wine glasses that were not present in the unit.
