French doors open to beautiful Gulf. king bed pvt bathroom. Sunsets, swimming! Rent: Kayaks, Paddleboards, Snorkel masks massages. Only registered guests permitted on property. Fishing permitted 4 miles south Harry Harris Park. Smoking area outside & away from room, only on estate. Homes are residential compliant, suggested manufacturers weight restrictions & guidelines. This includes our beds, toilets kayaks. Combined weight limit 2 guests of 425 pounds. Infants & under age 17 not permitted.

The space
This is lovely bedroom suite is on a private 1+ acre private gated estate directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Your doors open the stunning views of water and The Bennetts guest at the waterfront and intimate Family beach area. So you will experience peace, and quiet.

We are 2 hour from Key West, 40 mins to Everglades, 5 mins John Pennekamp, 5 mins to African Queen, walking distance to 3 fantastic eateries. Schnelbys Winery 40 mins away. Weekend kayak campfire(Surf & Turf) stargazing evenings. (Ticketed event please reserve early with Bennetts. Weather permitting.)
