Paradise house on one level. 140 meter, 1 master suite with en suite bathroom with tub, second bedroom which is also the safe room mamad and a second bathroom with shower, beautiful garden and covered terrace in a quiet cul de sac. light and sunny interior. Garden with fruit trees visible from every window. tastefully and elegantly furnished. TV nook. Kosher or vegetarian kitchen. laundry room. parking. central aircon. fire place.

Other things to note
there are 4 small steps from the living space to the bedrooms. there is a bar on the wall. very safe area. alarm system and electric shutters on all windows. non israeli citizens are exempt from VAT if they present the visa B2 slip given at the airport. Israelis by law have to pay 17% VAT by law. Very imp. in war time, the upstairs tenants use the mamad. thus the key of the main door must be taken out when inside so in case of a code red siren they can enter (they have a key. a very lovely and modest couple who have lived upstairs for 5 years and would never enter under any other circumstances.
