Thanks for the intrest in my listing.
I have a 2-bedroom house near West Portal. It has a private yard, with fruit trees (apples, some lemons, cherries and plums depending on the season), and outdoor lounge furniture to enjoy the outdoors. It has a spacious living room with a 42'' screen television and wireless internet throughout the house and garden. Spacious kitchen. Parking spot available in driveway. Easy access to airport.
The house was built in 1922, so there are still old Victorian touches to it. It is cozy, clean and modern, with original woodwork, windows, and some detailing from the 20s. All hardwood floors throughout the house. Fully heated with plenty of parking.
The view out of the window of the room faces the Pacific. You can see it on a clear day and the sunsets are really beautiful.
The room has a walk-in closet. The door to the room locks from the inside, but not from the outside.
Ocean Beach and the Zoo in San Francisco are very close. A block and a half from Stern Grove. Tennis courts and parks within walking distance. Close to Golden Gate Park. One block from Muni (L-line and 28 bus). A few block from surf beach (Sloat). Also I am very close to the Stonestown Galleria, which is a great mall for shopping. If you take a 10 min walk you can get to West Portal and all the local shops and restaurants. I highly recommend Sub-Center, because it has some of the best Submarines in SF.
There is a cleaning service that comes once a month to clean the entire house, and is included in the monthly rent, if you choose to book for that period of time. There is also a high quality washer and dryer on the first floor (in the garage), along with a drying rack if you choose to air dry clothing.
There is also a gardener who comes every other week to keep the garden and grass nice for your enjoyment.
I have a lil puppy, Pancho, who was adopted. He looks like a bichon/poodle. He is 15 lbs. He's really sweet and cute. He's hypoallergenic and doesn't shed. He lives in the living room sometimes, where he plays with his toys and lounges on his little dog lounger. He likes to have his chest rubbed, and sits for treats.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.

I like the house, near transportations and a lot of restaurants all around! I spent more than 3 months there, I met a lot of people and enjoy my stay there. Jess is very nice and helping person! The room is large and cozy, I will definitely come back there!
We stayed in Jess' home for 3 and a half months and it was just fantastic! The neighborhood is great - there's a ton of cute and tasty restaurants nearby and it's also within walking distance to a pharmacy and a grocery store. It's also very convenient with respect to public transit - 1 block away from the MUNI/subway line and a bus going up to Golden Gate Park/Bridge is 2 blocks away. You can take the MUNI either towards downtown, and be there in about 20 minutes, or towards the beach and be there in about 10 minutes.
The house itself is very nice and spacious, and there was plenty of space in the bedroom. The bed was also comfortable. Having a whole kitchen and living room was very useful. Jess has a bunch of post-its around the house showing you where things are, which is extremely sweet of her and was very helpful. Jess is extremely sweet and I hope you have the chance to meet her during your stay, it will certainly brighten your day. She is also extremely easy to contact.
I'd definitely stay here again, and in fact we were sad when it was time to leave. It's a beautiful home and it made our stay in San Francisco better than we could have ever hoped for.
Quite likely the best value in SF. Big house that is shared between two airbnb renters only, so you will always have ready access to the bathroom, shower, laundry and driveway PARKING SPOTS (this is huge in SF if you have a car). If you get to meet Jess, she is very fun, a lovely person and a very easy landlord. The bed is actually comfortable, the kitchen is big and there is a backyard. The location is very convenient to the GG park and the muni stop is a few blocks away. A+++.
We had a great stay in Jess's house! The house and street are nice and quiet, but with public transportation you are at all the good spots of san francisco in no time. Jess really takes care of here guests, to make sure you feel at home. We loved it!
I could n t have it better! Jess house is the perfect place to stay in san francisco! I really fell in love with her place and the city. Stayed there 10 nights in january. The house has everything you need and is well ubicated, good connection to the center by muni-train, to the beach, the bridge by bus and also easy to go to the airport or caltrain. Shops, cafes and restaurants are very close. The area seems to be very quiet.
I also met Jess. She s very cute and helpful, just a perfect flexible and caring host!!! Thank you for everything Jess, hope we meet again one day! I definitely recommend your house and would love to come back!
Really nice place, really well located. We felt at home! We didn't get to meet Jess but she was easily reachable! Thanks for everything Jess!
We spent more than a month living in Jess's place and we couldn't have better experience!
The house is perfectly located: it's close to the beach, golden gate park and close enough to downtown (bus stop and L muni line stop are 1 min.walking from the house and take you straight down to the center or wherever you want to go in the city in approx.20 mins)
Our room was very big and bright...opening the window in the morning is awesome, the ocean is right in front of you!!!
We share the house with another couple and the last week with a girl and they all are such nice people we couldn't ask more from our staying!!!!!
Jess is the perfect host: she's a beautiful person, it's always easy to get in contact with her when you need something and she always want to be sure that you're having a great time!!!
I highly reccomend this place to all the people that want to experience san francisco not only as tourists..the neighbourhood has everything you need, supermarket, farmer's market, delis, restaurants and coffes!
I'll definetely come back here next time I'll visiting san francisco!!!
My girlfriend and I stayed for more than 20 days in Jess' place and it was just incredible. The house was clean, it had all the commodities anounced and the bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. Jess was a wonderful host, she treated us very well, provinding all what we needed and informing about other guests arrivals/departures during our stay. If I ever come back to SF for a short-term stay, Airbnb and this place will be in the top of my options to stay.
Jess' place was very cozy, and warm. We had a wonderful time there even though we didn't get to meet Jess in person, but she send an e-mail with useful information that helped us during our stay! Definitely recommended!!
Nice, quiet house right off the L. Clean, comfortable. Jess is an fantastic host.
