Thanks for the intrest in my listing.
I have a 2-bedroom house near West Portal. It has a private yard, with fruit trees (apples, some lemons, cherries and plums depending on the season), and outdoor lounge furniture to enjoy the outdoors. It has a spacious living room with a 42'' screen television and wireless internet throughout the house and garden. Spacious kitchen. Parking spot available in driveway. Easy access to airport.
The house was built in 1922, so there are still old Victorian touches to it. It is cozy, clean and modern, with original woodwork, windows, and some detailing from the 20s. All hardwood floors throughout the house. Fully heated with plenty of parking.
The view out of the window of the room faces the Pacific. You can see it on a clear day and the sunsets are really beautiful.
The room has a walk-in closet. The door to the room locks from the inside, but not from the outside.
Ocean Beach and the Zoo in San Francisco are very close. A block and a half from Stern Grove. Tennis courts and parks within walking distance. Close to Golden Gate Park. One block from Muni (L-line and 28 bus). A few block from surf beach (Sloat). Also I am very close to the Stonestown Galleria, which is a great mall for shopping. If you take a 10 min walk you can get to West Portal and all the local shops and restaurants. I highly recommend Sub-Center, because it has some of the best Submarines in SF.
There is a cleaning service that comes once a month to clean the entire house, and is included in the monthly rent, if you choose to book for that period of time. There is also a high quality washer and dryer on the first floor (in the garage), along with a drying rack if you choose to air dry clothing.
There is also a gardener who comes every other week to keep the garden and grass nice for your enjoyment.
I have a lil puppy, Pancho, who was adopted. He looks like a bichon/poodle. He is 15 lbs. He's really sweet and cute. He's hypoallergenic and doesn't shed. He lives in the living room sometimes, where he plays with his toys and lounges on his little dog lounger. He likes to have his chest rubbed, and sits for treats.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Keep common areas clean and tidy. No smoking inside the house.
Another wonderful trip to San Fran! Jess is both so welcoming and accommodating, and the house is close to lots of amenities and public transport. Do yourself a favour and stay here!
The apartment is in Chinese area, and the location is very convenient. It is easy to take metro and there is a supermarket nearby. I didn't meet the host during our living, but we keep in touch on the internet. It was a good choice to stay in San Francisco.
This house is located in Chinese area and has good access to downtown area and golden gate park. Restaurants, grocery store, bus stop and trolley station are all within walking distance. Very convenient! When I stayed, 5 people were using one same bathroom but it didn't bother me during 4 days of my stay. Overall, I could have pleasant stay in this place:) The host is very responsible and gave all the info I needed in advance!
We stayed at the Sunset House for 6 days and it was and amazing time in SF. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We also had access to the common areas: kitchen, dinning.., even the backyard and the laundry (the living was booked but it's a minor affair unless you want to watch TV rather than enjoying SF).
We shared the house with 3 more people all the time, that means the kitchen and bathroom were not available whenever you'd want but everybody was very cool and that wasn't really a problem anytime.
Jess is an amazing host, very nice and helpful. She was concerned about our stay all the time answering every message very quickly.
Our stay at the Sunset House was great. The place is confortable, the bedroom is big enought for one couple + big luggage.
We shared the house with 3 other people, it was a little bit noisy but the kitchen, living room are big enought for all people.
The bathroom was not very clean all the Time, maybe because of the big number of people in the house.
Jess was great! Very helpful, friendly, she knows good place on San Francisco.
Sunset House is a good place, very accessible with a car, we could stay there one more Time with no hesitation
We spent 12 days at Jess' place and we enjoyed its location (beach, Muni, shops), its size (for some days we even had the whole house for ourselves) and its quiet and safe neighborhood! We had a lovely stay and Jess made sure that there was always someone to help us as she wasn't in San Francisco.

I love travel. I grew up with Spanish parents and took my first trip to Spain when I was 2. Since then, I have been to 62 countries on about 65 trips around the world. I love world cultures, foreign languages, crafting, art, activities, and above all, adventures. I am fluent in Spanish, used to be in Italian, and am learning French.
