Incredible architectural details await you in this fantasticly spacious 1-bedroom near the intersections of Pico and Robertson. My couch is your hotel!
LOCATION: Just south of Beverly Hills (you could say "adjacent"), north of Beverlywood, 15 minutes from Santa Monica/Venice, 30 min from LAX, 15 minutes to Silver Lake.
Busable to both UCLA (720 and BigBlue Bus) and USC (105, 733).
NEIGHBORHOOD: Beautiful treelined streets. One of the most walkable areas in LA. Starbucks, local grocers, middle eastern and asian restaurants all within half-block of apartment. Situated between two big blvds, La Cienega, Pico, and Robertson.
AMBIANCE: I'm a single lady and work alot. I dont spend alot of time in the apartment and so there isnt alot of wear and tear. That said, I have nice stuff! I think you'll really like it here! Old hollywood apartments like this are hard to find in LA. I love it and I know you will too!
WHAT'S A COUCH in a PRIVATE ROOM?: You'll notice this is a really good price. The reason is that this is a listing for the couch in the living room of my spacious 1-bedroom, for nights when I will be in apartment as well. My bedroom is separate and private but due to this, I can only accomodate one person on the couch. If you're interested in the whole apartment when I'm not there, please see my other listing.
Elizabeth was great! She was welcoming, made very convenient arrangements for me, and went out of her way to make sure I was happy!
Nice place, great location, host was very helpful.
I stayed at Liz's place for three nights and it was a very nice experience and exactly what I was looking for. The apartment is a Spanish style house and furnished as I recall one of the classic Sean Connery James Bond movie looked like. I slept on the couch and it was perfectly what I needed and it worked great. She greeted me and provided a towel and anything else I needed to use. She is a wonderfully sweet person and made me feel very comfortable. There was available parking on the street and the neighborhood was very pleasant and quiet. The apartment is only a few miles from the heart of Beverly Hills major shopping, hotels, and restaurants. There is a Starbucks and a Subway within a very short walking distance as well. I plan to visit again when business takes me down this area next.
This was my first experience, but it really couldnt ask for a better host.
I was in a rush to find place and to have flexible coming and goings as my business was taking me all other L. A. Elizabeth was completely helpful. The place was clean, smelled nice, couch was very comfy, I never tossed and turned partly because I was so tired,
The location was very convenient for me as is was halfway to the beach and halfway downtown were I was going most days.... 20 mins in both directions at 9 am.
Thank you again, Elizabeth
