Welcome! We invite you to log off and disconnect in our peaceful home situated in the heart of a historic, partially-gated neighborhood called Wellington Square. A second and third bedroom called "Mahalo" and "Ohana" are offered for larger groups.
Our gorgeous Spanish Revival house was built in 1922 and showcases original mahogany woodwork, lighting and Batchelder tiled fireplace, and original tiled bathroom. Our picturesque home has been featured in a commercial in Japan.
This listing is for one huge bedroom (350 sq. ft.) for up to four (4) people. We've nicknamed this space "Aloha". There is a queen-sized bed and an extra queen futon mattress as needed. We also have other bedrooms "Mahalo" and "Ohana" available in the same house. Or if you prefer your own private house, we offer the three bedroom Japanese Retreat "Tatami House" (photo shown above). We're close to Culver City, Baldwin Hills, Koreatown, Little Ethiopia, The Nate Holden Performing Arts Center, The Grove, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Museum Mile (LACMA). Convenient to LAX, Downtown, Hollywood, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, USC, UCLA, Chinatown, Little Tokyo, Thai Town, Beverly Hills, Staples Center, Nokia Theatre, and the Los Angeles Convention Center. There is a neighborhood vegetarian farmer's market on Sunday mornings within walking distance of our home.
Our home is centrally located near the I-10 freeway and public transportation, including a bus-line to Downtown Los Angeles and the newly opened Expo light rail.
Please understand that this is our home and we live in a quiet residential neighborhood. To be respectful of our neighbors, please park your car directly on the street in front of our house.

* No food in bedrooms please (there have been problems with ants).
* Please do not drag luggage across the floor. We are happy to assist you with your luggage.
* No smoking on property.
* No parties.
* No overnight guests not included in the reservation.
