Had a lot of fun in Salem. Met Patrick's father who picked us up at the harbor and showed us everything in the apartment.
A very pleasant stay!
Patrick was kind enough to mail me keys, maps and brochures before I arrived at his condo.
Upon my arrival I found juice, milk and coffee for my use.
The apartment was clean and compact. The kitchen had everything I needed. The wifi worked well. The location was perfect. I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go. There is A/C and a large window. The unit is quiet and clean.
The trolley driver actually dropped me off just outside the apartment which was super kind of him.
My experience with Patrick and His father Art. was excellent. I only spoke with Patrick via email but his father Arthur met me in person and we headed to a local pub where he handed over the keys and went over everything while sharing a bit about each other. Very personable and made me feel right at home. The unit was great and regardless of other reviews, it didn't bother me one bit that it was located on the 3rd floor. Upon arrival I was welcomed with blueberry muffins on the table and fresh milk and juice in the fridge. That's taking hospitality to the next level. I had a great week long stay and would most definitely consider booking up the place again should I ever swing through Salem again. Thanks Patrick & Art.
We were staying in Salem to look at homes in the area, and Patrick's condo was the perfect location! It's so central to the city, and with the parking pass he includes, we could park our car and then walk where ever we needed. The condo is beautiful and he was thoughtful enough to include breakfast basics. We loved the location and the condo, and now that we're moving to area, we plan to make this our spot for visiting guests to stay! I recommend it, and Salem, highly.
The condo is comfy, clean and quiet. Beside the stairs (lol) everything was absolutely perfect! If you want to visit anything, do not travel in Salem begining of January, everything's (or almost) is closed. But that is a really perfect place to stay, close by a grocery, some nice gift shop, and for summer, walking distance from pretty much all the attractions. Patrick is of a good help if anything happen and I couldnt say anything bad about the place itself. Everything was perfect!
Appartamento splendido, confortevole cosi come descritto,il proprietario è stato cortesissimo e disponibile a rendere il soggiorno (website hidden) location è meravigliosa con tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno a portata di mano lo consiglio vivamente.
The apartment is great, with a really good downtown location, and with a parking pass to boot. Love the WiFi and Cable TV. Very comfy, and the Dunkin Donuts coffee made it feel extra New Englandy. There are a lot fo stairs, so if you are weak in the knees, you'll want to take that into account. Otherwise, this deal can't be beat. I will surely stay here again.
