About this listing
I'm sure you're going to like this bright, sunny, clean and comfortable apartment. Just one block from 24th St. restaurants, boutiques, coffee houses, Mexican bakeries, and art galleries. More than 50 murals are within a short distance which capture the Latin flavor of the Mission. Several bus routes are nearby (phone number hidden), and BART to go downtown, East Bay or to the airport is a ten-minute walk.
There is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom plus a foldout sofa in the office off the living room. As far as amenities, there is Wifi, two flat screen TVs
, modern kitchen, period details, and shared patio. Washer/dryer in unit. Easy access to 101 Freeway.
The bedroom is in the back of the building and looks out on a patio shared with one other apartment. The Mission is the sunny area of San Francisco, which can have clear days when the rest of the city is foggy.
The whole apartment and shared patio down below.
Interaction with Guests
I usually check guests in and leave them with the keys. If guests have questions, I am happy to oblige. When out of town, I have someone manage my listing.
The New York Times rated The Mission as the second hippest neighborhood in the U.S. It is full of restaurants, non-chain stores and shops, art galleries, and coffee shops.
It also has great weather compared to foggier parts of the city.
Right in front of the building in the 27 Bryant which goes downtown. 10-15 minutes away is BART (commuter train) to go downtown, East Bay, South Bay and airport. Two other buses, the 33 and the 48 are within one block.
Other Things to Note
Street parking is available in my neighborhood. There are M-F restrictions (no more than 2 hours without permit) on most streets and you must read signs carefully about street cleaning. There are a few streets 1-3 blocks away that have no residential restrictions. San Francisco in general is not an easy parking city. However a number of my guests have arrived with cars and managed to find parking.
Please, no smoking. No pets. No loud noise after 10 pm. Treat the place as you would want your place treated. Respect the neighbors.
