About this listing
I'm sure you're going to like this bright, sunny, clean and comfortable apartment. Just one block from 24th St. restaurants, boutiques, coffee houses, Mexican bakeries, and art galleries. More than 50 murals are within a short distance which capture the Latin flavor of the Mission. Several bus routes are nearby (phone number hidden), and BART to go downtown, East Bay or to the airport is a ten-minute walk.
There is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom plus a foldout sofa in the office off the living room. As far as amenities, there is Wifi, two flat screen TVs
, modern kitchen, period details, and shared patio. Washer/dryer in unit. Easy access to 101 Freeway.
The bedroom is in the back of the building and looks out on a patio shared with one other apartment. The Mission is the sunny area of San Francisco, which can have clear days when the rest of the city is foggy.

Interaction with Guests
I usually check guests in and leave them with the keys. If guests have questions, I am happy to oblige. When out of town, I have someone manage my listing.
The New York Times rated The Mission as the second hippest neighborhood in the U.S. It is full of restaurants, non-chain stores and shops, art galleries, and coffee shops.
It also has great weather compared to foggier parts of the city.
Right in front of the building in the 27 Bryant which goes downtown. 10-15 minutes away is BART (commuter train) to go downtown, East Bay, South Bay and airport. Two other buses, the 33 and the 48 are within one block.
Other Things to Note
Street parking is available in my neighborhood. There are M-F restrictions (no more than 2 hours without permit) on most streets and you must read signs carefully about street cleaning. There are a few streets 1-3 blocks away that have no residential restrictions. San Francisco in general is not an easy parking city. However a number of my guests have arrived with cars and managed to find parking.
Please, no smoking. No pets. No loud noise after 10 pm. Treat the place as you would want your place treated. Respect the neighbors.
Vincent's apartment was great! The mission district had tons of places to eat, little coffee shops and shopping. My husband and I rented bikes to travel around San Francisco. We had a great time and we can't wait to head back to San Francisco.
We were not able to personally meet Vincent. However, he was very accommodating and was great with communicating the details of how to get the keys and the logistics of the area. He provided a guest book with details of the neighborhood identifying creature comforts and must sees. Thanks to Vincent's good tips, we we were able to explore easily and take in the cool area. The apartment was clean and has a colorful eclectic style. We would recommend Vincent's place and hope to have an opportunity to stay there again.
Great location where the Mission meets Potrero. Sunny and tons of bars/restaurants to walk to. Vincent was out of the country but still very responsive when needed. I'd stay again.
We had a really great experience in Vincent's home. The Mission is a fun location--although less walkable to everywhere else than we assumed--and Vincent does a great job making suggestions for local places. Having the Netflix and Apple TV hookup was great during a rainy morning! I love how bright and airy the place is--the photos do a great job capturing the reality. It's beautiful. One note: if you leave the windows open in the bedroom, you'll hear the neighbors around the courtyard VERY clearly. It didn't bother us, but it might feel like there's a stranger in the kitchen.
Really great place. Perfect location for authentic San Francisco, and the place was really well maintained. Really got the sense that I was a guest in Vincent's home.
First time using Airbnb and very pleased with the results. Vincent was a great host! The space was comfortable and everything we needed. Lots of nice details in the home that made it warm and welcoming. The location is great! Would stay there again if possible on another visit to San Francisco
Vincent was a great host. He met us at check-in and had a binder with info about the apartment and the local area. He was also happy to answer our questions about the area which was really helpful. He also kindly left us some breakfast items like fruit, bread, milk, tea and coffee. Vincent was really easy to contact when we had any questions too. The apartment was really clean, tidy and comfortable and had everything we needed for the stay. The location is great- right in the heart of the mission district where you can get lots of delicious Mexican food. It's also really close to the BART train that you can get to go down-town or straight to the airport. I would definitely recommend staying here. It made our amazing trip to SF!
