Our In-Law Suite is a beautiful, bright and airy private apartment in one of the most sought after enclaves in eastern Louisville/Jefferson County. Over 1,100 sq ft living space. Full size gourmet kitchen, washer and dryer, close to local shops, restaurants, corporate offices (UPS, Ford, Churchill Downs), two major malls & parks. **Attention MEDICAL/BUSINESS TRAVELERS-great for mid or long-term stays. Spend your summer by the private pool while you relax after work! (Not suitable for children)

The space
Mid-Long term stays-this is a separate living space I'm calling an "In-Law Suite" with your own private entrance of a single family home. You will love this totally renovated apartment in the popular East end of Louisville. With 1,165 square feet of living space, this fully furnished home is comfortable for up to two and is tastefully decorated and ready for your stay be it a mid or long-term. The entrance to this spectacular walk-out leads to a private in-ground pool (shared with owner) with an expansive patio area and a variety of patio furniture. Landscaped terrace, outdoor lighting AND fire pit.

This home is located on quiet cul-de-sac, close to local shops, major shopping malls, restaurants, corporate offices and three popular parks.

This living space boasts an open living area, full kitchen and large bedroom with huge walk-in closet. Travelers will have plenty of natural light along with ample lighting throughout.

Kitchen appliances include refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, disposal, dishwasher, double oven and microwave.

Plenty of sidewalks for walks or runs. Safe and secure, beautiful mature trees, you will really enjoy your stay!

Private washer and dryer in the large bathroom, an added bonus for you.

Great for mid to long-term travelers-locum tenens, nursing, or corporate stays.

NOTE: Parking for one vehicle, no street parking allowed.

Guest access
Entrance around back which leads to a gate to the your place. Down a couple of steps and you are at your lovely home away from home!

Other things to note
~Although there is no temperature control, the temperature can be adjusted by opening or closing the vents. There is a small sturdy step ladder in the storage room for your use, or I will be happy to make the adjustments for you.
~There is an extra comforter in the hope chest located in the bedroom closet.
~There is room for only one vehicle. Overnight street parking is not permitted due to neighborhood restrictions.

In my spare time I am an artist and love to engage in creative activities from gardening, entertaining, painting, sewing and home projects. I LOVE to travel, and look forward to my next adventure. My favorite destination is somewhere I've never been! I’ve enjoyed Amsterdam with all the beautiful waterways are amazing.
