IMPORTANT INFO
Respect for the neighborhood: no parties, discretion required in the evening and on Sundays. Pool area closed from 10 p.m.
The dining area faces the pool and is overlooked if other tenants swim there.
Pets on request and extra charge.
Airbnb prohibits parties and limits the capacity to 16 people for daytime visits, on request and subject to the host's agreement.
Guest access
Myself or a trusted person will welcome you to hand you the keys to your private space, so that you have a pleasant stay with a group. We remain at your disposal for any requests during your stay.
Other things to note
Please carefully review these guidelines before booking and let us know when you check in as there may be events on the estate.
Reservations for more than 3 months: We close the calendar from May to prioritize renting the domain. Please contact us for any inquiries.
Check-in time: Access to the accommodation from 4pm. If available earlier, early check-in is available upon request at extra cost.
Rules
✔ Options and cleaning: Let us know about the options you choose and clean the accessories used. Since the cleaning fee is reduced, we count on your responsibility.
✔ No smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside. An ashtray is available outdoors.
✔ Waste management: The glass must be evacuated before your departure (container 5 min away) and the waste to the containers concerned.
Limited guest ✔ access: Only people present at the check-in are allowed. Any additional person without agreement will be charged €20/day or will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
✔ Respect for the neighborhood: Silence required from 10pm and discretion all day on Sundays. No loud music in the pool area (sound resonance)
✔ Storage: Any item (including dishes) must be returned to its place after use.
Hot tub ✔ use: Shower required before access, hair tied, no cream on the skin.
Estate ✔ water: The water comes from our well and is drinkable. If you prefer mineral water, consider bringing some.
Prohibited ✔ products: No toxic products (remover, tampons) or sanitary towels in sinks and toilets.
