We welcome you to a large house of 350 m², nestled in our estate in the middle of the forest. You have a part of the villa.

Old renovated tile factory, the house immerses you in osmosis with nature.

● Jacuzzi (multicolored, 6 places): 2 hours offered per night in summer according to availability, optional in winter. Please give us your schedule for the organization as other guests may book it.
Group rate to enjoy more 2 hours: €20, 4 hours €30, unlimited full stay: €50.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Respect for the neighborhood: no parties, discretion required in the evening and on Sundays. Pool area closed from 10 p.m.
The dining area faces the pool and is overlooked if other tenants are swimming there.
Pets on request and at extra cost.
Airbnb prohibits parties and limits capacity to 16 people for daytime visits, upon request and subject to host approval.
Guest access
I or a trusted person will welcome you to hand you the keys to your private space, so that you can have a pleasant stay as a group. We remain at your disposal for any requests during your stay.
Other things to note
Please read these instructions carefully before booking and let us know your arrival time, as events may take place on the estate.
Reservations more than 3 months in advance: We close the calendar in May to prioritize the rental of the estate. Please contact us for any requests.
Check-in times: Access to the accommodation from 4 p.m. If available earlier, early entry is available upon request for an additional fee.
Rules to follow
✔ Options and cleaning: Let us know the options chosen and clean the accessories used. As the cleaning fee is reduced, we count on your responsibility.
✔ Non-smoking area: Smoking is prohibited indoors. An ashtray is available outside.
✔ Waste management: Glass must be disposed of before your departure (container 5 min away) and waste in the relevant containers.
✔ Limited access to guests: Only those present at check-in are allowed. Any additional person without agreement will be charged €20/day or will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
✔ Respect for the neighborhood: Silence required from 10 p.m. and discretion all day on Sunday. No loud music in the pool area (sound resonance).
✔ Storage: Any object (including dishes) must be put back in its place after use.
✔ Use of the jacuzzi: Shower required before access, hair tied back, no cream on the skin.
✔ Estate water: The water comes from our well and is potable. If you prefer mineral water, consider bringing some.
✔ Prohibited products: No toxic products (remover, tampons) or sanitary napkins in sinks and toilets.
