Me and my girlfriend had a great time at Emily's flat. The flat is a nice size, comfy couch and a kitchen with everything you need. The shower is good which is important (to me!)
Green point is an excellent location, lots of great bars and restaurants without being saturated like in the middle of Bedford Avenue.
We dealt with Emily's friend Julia in person and Emily via email both were great - friendly and quick at responding.
An excellent overall experience

This apartment is very nice and in a great location. Close to everything you would want to be near, but also on a nice and quiet street. Emily responds to all questions immediately and makes the whole process easy. I would definitely return here for future NYC trips.
My partner and I had an excellent time staying at Emily's place! Immediately from the moment we walked in we felt right at home. Emily's apartment is clean and welcoming - it's clear she's put thought and care into all the details of her space. The apartment is in nice little quiet corner of Greenpoint, walkable to a handful of great restaurants and one of my favorite coffee shops in all of New York. Accessible to transit for getting around within the city, and though we drove up to BK we had no trouble finding parking on the block. Emily provided a lot of information before our arrival and checked in with us during our stay. Would love to stay there again on our next trip!
Emily's apartment is peaceful, clean, cozy, and well-appointed- it felt so good to take off my shoes and just chill there after a long day of trudging around Brooklyn. Located just a few block from the G train and, of course, lots of restaurants and bodegas. Emily's place will definitely be my first choice on my next visit to BK!
Great apartment- clean and located in a wonderful part of Brooklyn.
Super comfortable bed and great water pressure and heat in the shower.
Would recommend this spot for couples visiting NYC.
Emily's apartment is very cute, cozy and comfortable. The location is great and not far from the subway.
