Walk to the City Park, Eastern Kentucky University (EKU), Downtown, Shopping, Restaurants, Bars, 5 mins to I-75 & all Richmond has to offer.

Use caution entering. There are no rails at the front steps or around patio. The entry sidewalk has areas of raised concrete. Don't let the crooked entry concern you about visiting. The Wellington is well loved and looking forward to a new concrete walk and patio in the spring!
