The Little Bungalow is a tiny neighborhood gem! Located in the heart of charming Linden Hills and a block from Bde Maka Ska, the largest lake in the Chain of Lakes. The location is a quick walk to restaurants, farmers markets, coffee shops, and shopping. Perfect for visitors looking to venture out without ever needing a car. Minneapolis is home to the nation's top park and bike systems, and the Bungalow is a stone’s throw from all of it.

The space
Originally built in 1908, the 564 sq. ft. home sits tucked back off the street. A charming one bedroom, one bathroom home newly renovated with hardwood floors, tongue and groove ceilings, and reclaimed wood beams offering guests a warm and inviting cottage feel. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stovetop, microwave, Keurig, and a lovely Smeg fridge. In the bedroom, you will find beautiful pull down shades and a television with Roku streaming services. There is a large deck to enjoy the outdoors in the warmer months and a short walk to Thomas Beach.

The neighborhood is the best in all the city. Each home has so much different character. Whether you walk the lake paths or the sidewalks, you'll have an enjoyable time. There are many weekly farmers markets and events throughout the year, all easily walkable. The Little Bungalow itself helps add to the charm of the neighborhood, as its been there before almost all the other homes. restaurants & the shops downtown Linden Hills are our favorite.
