I and my boyfriend were staying at this flat for 6 days. It's pretty small but convenient, there is all necessary. Furniture and kitchen are comfortable and handy. Alberta is very hospitable and kindly.
The way on foot from the flat tо the Colosseum takes 40 min. I can recommend this flat as good combination of price and quality.
After our arrival in Rome we were picked up from Alberta at Termini station, she carried us to the appartment in Via L´Aquila.
After that she showed us everything in the appartment, this and the transport was a very kind service of her.
The appartment itself was clean and proper, only the bath and shower were a little small for us.
Our trip to Rome was a greatly nice experience, we can highly recommend Albertas appartment to all other guests.
We really liked the read house! It is tiny but very modern and you find everything you need, even a TV and wifi connection. Alberta was very kind to explain everything to us too. The place is in a very nice quarter not far from termini station. We enjoyed our stay in Rome. Thank you!
Wonderful host, warm and very informative, Albertsers place, gave us the the perfect base for. a brillant stay in Rome. The place is very clean and has every thing you need. all the best Alberto, will come and stay next time. House is very good with buses etc. Areverderchi xx
We spent 4 nights in Alberta`s apartment. It was pretty much nice and convenient place for 2 or 3 persons. Something more important than the apartment is her personalty. We really appreciate her effort and kindness and really recommend any one such a nice person and her place to stay. she picked up us from the Termini and elaborated every important issue very patiently. She is always helpful and her apartment was really convenient for people visiting Roma. Again we really appreciate Alberta.
Thank you very much for the opinion expressed on my person. I try to meet the needs of guests and for this reason I prefer to pick up the tourists and give them the first transport information. Guests also have patience in listening to the rules of the house said in my bad English.
I wish you and your sister all the best.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and quite comfortable. We stayed a week and enjoyed it very much. Alberta is a very nice host!
Red room is really cosy with everything you need for comfort staying in Rome. It's close to Termini. You need to take a bus or a tram when you're going to see the sights, however, we were going by foot everywhere. Alberta is a very good host, she met us late at night and gave a ride to the most beautiful sights when we arrived.
Thanks a lot!
Alberta was a lovely host and wonderful lady to meet. She gave us a quick tour of Rome before settling us in to the apartment. The apartment was very spacious and clean.mi hope to return to Rome!
Ti ringrazio per la recensione positiva. Ho colto l'occasione dello scarso traffico a Roma per farti subito conoscere alcune attrazioni.
Ti auguro tutto il bene possibile.Tracey,
Thank you for the positive review. I took the opportunity of the low traffic in Rome to let you know just a few attractions.
I wish you and your friend all the best.
Alberta's place had everything my boyfriend and I needed for a week-long stay, with a clean, open layout and all modern appliances (we even had a television!) Alberta provided us with maps and guides to the city as well as a telephone for calling local numbers such as the tourism office. There were a couple of problems with the air conditioning but Alberta was very kind and helpful and even offered to refund the A/C cost. She also let us leave our luggage in the room when we had an evening train leaving Rome.
The apartment is in a fantastic location; although it is a bit far from the city center, the 81 and 810 take you directly there in 20 minutes and the stop is just across the street! The 105 bus, which also stops across the street, goes to Termini in 10 minutes which was extremely useful as well. There is also a printing place just a few doors down and two or three supermarkets on the block. Via del Pigneto, which is full of bars and restaurants at night, is just a couple of blocks away.
Alberta is an excellent host and I would certainly recommend booking with her!
We loved staying in Alberta's place, she was so helpful throughout our stay, from picking us up from the station even though we were almost 2 hours later than expected, right until we left giving us advice on buses in to the centre.
There is a bus stop right outside Alberta's house and although you are never quite sure when the bus will come, it is really very easy and cheap to get right in to the centre quite quickly. There is a supermarket and bars so close by.
The apartment itself was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Air con was a must so we were happy to pay Alberta the 15 euro for our 3 days. There are even a few supplies like salt and sugar in the cupboards!
We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Alberta to everyone!

Jess Thanks for the nice review. I'm glad that you've enjoyed for the air conditioning that is really needed. Many guests also ensure not to use it but this is impossible!
Luckily during your waiting I was at my house and then I made easily my favorite things and I did not lose time in waiting. Today, however, I waited in Via L'Aquila of young Chinese guests for nearly two hours and I think I have figured out that they had forgotten my phone number. These are the drawbacks of this work.
I wish you and your boyfriend all the best.
