We had a lovely stay with Simona in her gorgeous apartment. Our booking was made with short notice and yet we were able to be accommodated Communication from the moment we made contact was excellent, Simona always replied in a timely manner. Our arrival was seamless and it was only a 10 minute walk from the Metro station, which involves a slight incline up the street but we managed ok with backpacks. The neighbourhood was lovely and we were lucky that a new pasticceria had it's first opening near by. Buses or train are both easily accessible. Simona was an excellent host with a wealth of knowledge and her apartment was beautifully designed with her own personal touch. It is full of light and very clean. We had our own bathroom which and plenty of space. Breakfast was served on the balcony with lovely detail. Breakfast was served on the balcony with lovely detail. Whether you are one person or a couple, this is definitely an excellent option for the traveller who wants just a little more than a room to stay in Rome. We highly recommend it.
If you think about doing AirBnB in Rome, do not hesitate to book this place. There are many things in favour of it. It is a very lovely flat, spacious, you have your own room and bathroom, the breakfast is rich, the flat is not far from the underground station and the host is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and felt at home from the very beginning. The area provides evertything you need, from shopping to restaurants. It is not crowded with tourists and still well connected to the city centre and the sightseeing stuff. I can highly recommend this place and would return when I come to Rome next time.
Being at Simona's place was such a grateful experience! I had the best of my time in Rome at Casa Ugonia. She is very outgoing and helpful and made me feel at home everytime my friend and i arrived from an exhausting and hot day of walking and walking.
Her house is beau-ti-ful and is full of lovely details. I will really miss that place, talking to her while drinking some tea and the scooter rides :) I'd definetely go back to Simona's if i can get back in Rome some time. Roma amore!
Staying at Simona's was a lovely experience. The house is beautiful, neat, organized and decorated with very good taste. She was in every detail to make us feel as if it was our home, and also very generous. Every day she would do something nice for us either the house, like buying amazing new fruit or flowers for the room, small nice details that made our stay perfect. If I went back to Rome I'd stay at her place again without a doubt.
