A secluded and unique adobe house with great mountain views, a large walled courtyard, and 5 acres of land in a totally private setting.

The interior has high ceilings, beautiful adobe brickwork, two fireplaces (a kiva in the master bedroom and a pellet stove in the living room) all-brick flooring, and large picture windows facing the Sandia mountains. National forest hiking trails are a 10 minute walk from the front door!

Monthly stays may require taking out trash and maintaining the hot tub

The space
The property includes a horse shoe pit, a sunset-facing chiminea and patio area, and a fire pit within the courtyard (bring a bundle of firewood if you'd like to make a fire). The house has a private well, with an advanced filtration system, and reverse osmosis drinking water. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils and dishes, and has a gas range stove.

Heating in the house, in addition to the pellet stove, comes from forced air electric heaters built into the walls in each room.

Note that there is one full bathroom, and the master bedroom has a sink and mirror area. The living room couch uses a narrow twin mattress that can be used as a 3rd bed. The hot tub (inflatable) seats 3 people, possibly 4 if you really pack in.

During your stay

Self checkin with electronic keypad lock. I'll be available to call/text at any time, but may or may not be in town.

For longer stays, I (or a helper) will swing by to check on the hot tub and well, but will not need to enter the house.
