The space

In New York they call it Time Square, in Bangkok they call it Kaosan and in Tokyo its called Shibuya! This great value apartment is located just 2 minutes walk from the heart of Shibuya which is in fact the most exciting spot in Tokyo!

The Apartment
Your own apartment with fully equipped kitchen, Refrigerator, Freezer, Coffee table, Toaster oven, Hot water Kettle, Microwave, , laundry machine (brand new and easy to operate), Comfortable toilet and shower/bath comfortable size toilet (definitely in Tokyo standards) and nice room with double bed (140 cm), large screen LCD, DVD, Closet, dining table, extra futon (for in case of third guest, Hair dryer, Iron and more..
The place also has nice balcony and very large door/window so lots of light coming in (when you want it, otherwise just close the blinds:). It also has Air conditioner, and portable WIFI internet which you can take anywhere with you.
The building has Concrete walls (not plaster like many places in Japan)

The Location – Most will consider it as the best spot in Tokyo!
Tokyo is a very big city with many central locations and it is hard to point just one best spot. It’s subjective. Yet, if you like the excitement, the variety, the lights and the city life style then Shibuya is the place to be. With 3 million people passing through every day Shibuya is probably the most hectic and exciting spot in the world! Here you can find the largest variety of Shops, Restaurants, cafes, Izakayas (Japanese style restaurant), bars, clubs and people.
In addition, the apartment is only minutes walk away to the beautiful and famous Yoyogi park, So if you want to relax your mind from the busy Shibuya main street just walk few minutes in the other direction and enjoy Tokyo "Central Park"

Walking-distance to Shibuya station: 5 minutes
Shibuya stations include the following lines which will take you directly to any hot spot in town:
JR
* Saikyō Line / Shōnan-Shinjuku Line
* Yamanote Line - Go to Ebisu (1 stop) Harajuku (1 stop), Shinjuku (2 stops), Tokyo station, Shinagawa station, Tamachi, ect..

Private railways[edit source]
* Keio Inokashira Line
* Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line - Go directly to Yokohama
* Tokyu Toyoko Line

Subways

House Rules
House Rules
Check-in is after 2PM

1- DO NOT LOSE THE KEY! - The key to this apartment is coded and encrypted. We need to order it specially from the Building management and it cost us 30,000 Yen. Please do not lose it because we really don't want to charge you for that.

2- NEVER DISCLOSE THE ITINERARY INFORMATION TO ANY OTHER PERSON BESIDE YOURSELF AND YOUR GROUP. THAT INCLUDES THE PROPERTY MANAGER/SECURITY GUY OF THE BLDG. IF HE ASK YOU TO SHOW ANY ID OR PROF FOR BOOKING, POLITELY DECLINE AND TELL THEM THAT YOU ARE IAN FRIEND AND THAT IS IT! IT IS ILLEGAL BY LAW FOR THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO ASK SUCH A THING AND YOU ARE DEFINITELY NOT OBLIGATED BY IT. IF IT IS EVER THE CASE, PLEASE NOTIFY ME IMMEDIATELY.

3- Please be quiet and discreet. Very important to respect your neighbors in Japan. Keep in mind that you are on holiday but other people actually live in the building so they may not feel so comfortable with backpacking style atmosphere. In the unlikely event that you get asked by security or anyone else as to whom you are so feel free to say that you are my guest/friend. Have fun but please don't be too loud.

4- Do not let strangers in to the apartment! Doesn't matter what they tell you. Your friends its ok off-course, by strangers I mean someone who suddenly knock on your door and telling you he is from.. TV company, Cable company, repair company ect...

5-The apartment will be all yours so please take good care of it, please do notify me if there are any issues.

6- Please turn off the air conditioner/heater and other electricity when you are not in the apartment. We do not charge you for electricity, it is included in the fee but if your Meter indicate excessive use or if we noticed that you left the air conditioner while you are away of the apartment we will see it as disrespect for our rules, Please consider.

7- Please take off your shoes when you enter.
Entering into the apartment with shoes doesn't only make it dirty but also damage the wooden floor and make noise to the neighbors which may complain.

8- NO SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENT, NOT EVEN IN THE BATHROOM! , feel free to smoke in the balcony but please make sure to put the ash and cigarettes left over in the Ashtray. Never through anything on the balcony floor or through the balcony!

9- You must separate the trash.
Trash is divided into categories and put in different bags.
Please separate your:
Burnable, recyclables (cans, plastic bottles, glass), and non-burnable items.
Please put these in separate bags.

10 - The WIFI is basically unlimited, however if you pass the 3 Giga within 3 days so the device itself may freeze for up to 12 hours and after that you will need to reset it! In order to avoid this complicated issue please limit your WIFI use to: GPS navigation, E mails and general browsing. Not Music and Movies downloads and not internet calls please.

11 - CHECK OUT PROCEDURES:
* Please notify me for any issues which may have occur during your stay (Broken glass, Air conditioner stopped working, Broken TV, something got lost, ect...)
* Please wash all your dishes.
* Please take the rubbish to the rubbish room.
* Remember to leave the WIFI device and charger back on where it was when you checked in.
* Please turn off all electric appliances (especially air conditioner!) and Gas.
* Please return the key to where you have initially found it.
* Please protect our privacy, if you throw away the itinerary of our apartment, please make sure that it is properly shredded and will not be visible to strangers.

Most importantly, ENJOY, make yourself at home and be comfortable.

Tokyo Guide!

Thank you for visiting our profile.
We are a group of Japanese and foreign people living in Tokyo.
As passionate traveler ourselves, we understand how difficult it can be to uncover true authenticity in a foreign destination. The most useful information is scattered, buried and sometimes in a different language. Often, it is also difficult to filter out the best things to do, especially if you don’t have local friends.
Our mission is to present you with only the best experiences in Tokyo and help facilitate greater interaction with the locals, so you can truly experience Japanese culture, natural beauty and personality through their eyes.
We are not just helping you with temporary accommodation, we view airbnb guests as our friends! As such, we will like to make your stay in this great
city as enjoyable memory as possible.
