The space
Separate, Private Guesthouse in my backyard in Silverlake. Newly renovated Loft with queen bed, couch downstairs also can be a single bed. Toaster oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, full bathroom. Quiet, surrounded by yards, neighbors far away. Walk to Sunset Junction, tons of fabulous cafes and shops. Farmer's market on Saturdays. The check in and out times may be altered according to when my next guest arrives, so feel free to ask and I will try and accommodate you. I changed the minimum nights to 2, but if its a last minute booking and there is one night available. just ask me, I may say yes!

Other things to note
My guesthouse is in the back of my property. If you have any specific questions, don't hesitate to ask me. I am also not home 100% of the time, I travel a lot and I have my guesthouse set up so that you are mostly on your own. It is very private, you are next to an empty lot and a parking lot for my neighbor's duplex and my back yard.

Please note this is an allergy free house. I completely forbid the use of any scented candles, any chemically derived scents or sprays, especially and including things like fabreze, or other hormone disrupting toxins that people use on the daily! If you want to use these products, please consider staying somewhere else! much love!
