At the 04th floor of an Haussmanian (1830) Parisian building, located in the heart of the exclusive area of the Gold Triangle between the Arc de Triomphe, the avenue Montaigne and the Place du Trocadéro. With amazing view over the American Cathedral!

The Space

Beautiful, and large 2 rooms (one room including a king size bed 180/200, and the other room being a baby room where you may also move the sofa matress if needed) flat.
Very well located, precisely in the middle of the "gold triangle", 50m from the Four Seasons Hotel Georges V

Located in a Parisian - Haussmanian building, high standing, fully furnished with taste and elegance, tv (including most of englsih and international news channels), dvd & blue ray player/recorder, hi-fi, internet, elegant and confortable.
The flat is bright and very calm. It's at the 04th floor, and offers great views over the American Cathedral of Paris, and roofs of the area.

Original (1830) wooden floors all along the flat.

There's also a baby room and everything needed for a baby.

A maximum of 3 people will be accepted.

Sheets and towels of high quality are furnished.
High quality of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toothpaste ...

This is a great place to spend time in Paris, right in the middle of everything, in a very exclusive and safe area.

From the landline, you can:
1- receive calls (voicemails will be also indicated on the tv - just follow instructions from the main menu).
2- and call FOR FREE:
a) any French number (landlines & mobiles)
b) European & US landlines (no mobiles).

Supermarket G20 is 100m away (free delivery til the door of the flat, when presenting a card - attached to the set of keys), 3 bakeries within 100m as well. And plenty of cafés, brasseries et restaurants around.

The Neighborhood

The most exclusive and safe area of Paris.
In the middle of everywhere, in the central heart of greatest monuments and places of Paris.
Eiffel tower, Trocadéro place, Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysées, Grand & Petit Palais, Avenue Montaigne, Avenue du faubourg Saint Honoré, ... are all next door, meaning maximum 15mn walking distance!

Getting around

Underground/Metro/Tube station:
- Georges V: 1mn walk from home
- Etoile: (bottom top of Champs Elysées): 3 mn walk from home

From Gare de Lyon:
- direct line [ligne jaune (yellow) also called ligne number 1], direct till George V tube station.
- or cab (cost about 12 to 22 euro depending if day or night, week end rate or not). Ask the cab to go through "les quais, Alma and avenue Marceau". Sad to say, but most of Parisian cabs are dishonnest and will drive you around the town before ending to your place if you appear a foreigner/tourist/traveler. Then better to show you know where you're going to ...

From Gare du Nord:
- cab (between 12 and 18 euros). Just mention the address.
- underground ti stop of George V or Etoile (tube station at the bottom top of Champs Elysées), respectively 1 and 3 mn walk from home.

From CDG (Charles de Gaulle) airport; you may also catch the bus which ends at "arc de triomphe" (bottom top of champs élysées, and from there just walk down avenue marceau for 5 mn and you will reach the place (junction between avenue marceau and avenue pierre 01er de serbie).
(website hidden)
And consider point 2 [for your information, be aware that "arc de triomphe" and "place de l'étoile" are a unique and same stop - 5mn walk from home - ; the last one of the bus, and the one you'll then go out of the bus. At this same stop, you may also pick up a bus for your return trip to go to charles de gaulle airport].

From Orly:
Better to catch a cab for about 28 - 35 euros
Buses and trains are headache from Orly as you'll have to catch a bus, then walk few hundreds of meters, then a tube ... for a minimum cost of 12 euros per person!

When leaving to train station or airport, instead of trying to catch a cab in the street (you're never sure if you'll get one in few seconds or tens of minutes - if raining, a friday or saturday evening ... - ) ; you may book one using:

  • What a fantastic location! Arrolès was always so prompt and friendly with all communication. He even organised his nephew to help us with our luggage and to hail a taxi when we left. We travelled with our 3.5 year old and 16 mo old and found the space and toys, just perfect. The photos truly reflect the apartment. As mentioned in other reviews, you do have to walk through the kids room to reach the kitchen/bathroom from the main room but this really wasn't a problem for us. It was also lovely and quiet despite the central location. We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you.

  • Arroles was a very hospitable host. He helped with any issues or questions we had about Paris. The apartment is in a ideal location in Paris only a few minutes walk to the Champ Elysees and 10 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Our 2 year old daughter loved the toys in the apartment. Great location. Perfect stay. Thanks

  • Arroles was very kind and helpful person.
His response is fast and in detail.
The flat is large(bathroom, kitchen, baby room and bedroom) and the bed is so comfortable. TV, audio, wifi and washing machine are good.
Kitchen supplies are slightly old but there is no problem for cook.
There is no lift(as mentioned in the AD) so I was so hard to move my carriers at first day. But the flat has nice view.
The location is very good. There are G20(supermarket), modori(bakery) near the flat.
    Thank you.

  • We had a lovely stay in the apartment and Arroles was very responsive and helpful to any of our questions leading up to and during our trip. The apartment is large and spacious which was wonderful for our 2 year old to be able to move around. He especially loved all of the toys. The location is very central in Paris while the apartment is on a quiet street in a very nice neighborhood. Other great perks were the strong wifi connection, the washing machine, and high chair for the baby. Thank you for everything!

  • Very nice and quite apartment, to Alma Marceau subway station line 9 is only couple of minutes. We were busy all day so the fact that there was no any disturbing noise was an important factor.

  • NOT BABYPROOF! You have to walk through the baby room to get to the bathroom-kitchen-bedroom thus making it impossible to "use" the flat while baby sleeps. Radiators and boiler not functioning well so that we had to sleep in either freezing cold or boiling rooms as well as fighting the hot water so as not to scald baby. Flat VERY dusty. Kitchen dirty & old with dirty oven and unsafe (as in actually electrocuted my wife) appliances. €60 is taken for "cleaning" and the dust was so bad my wife had an allergy attack. Children's toys we're so filthy that our daughter developed a rash around her mouth. All lamps and electronics were on the floor within baby reach. Profile picture is not of actual person but taken from internet. I would NOT recommend this as a family flat as its takes 92 steps to access flat and there is actually no safe place to leave pram. The flat is advertised as having lots of tv channels in English. There are 4 and all news. It is also said to have a telephone and baby changing facilities; all broken. The window in main room is cracked as well as there being no curtains on windows. Crockery is dirty and there are no basic food stuffs stocked as one would expect from renting a "home." Personally I would not leave my baby with the elderly lady concierge as her and her husband seemed in a great hurry to have nothing to do with host's "guests." Location is good if the Champs d'Elysees is all you want otherwise the neighborhood is only a collection of branded (gucci, prada, lv etc) shops and the area has no collective feel or Parisian charm. We will not be staying at this apartment ever again as service and amenities were very poor, host very agressive when we left dishes in the sink or diapers in our own little baggies as no bin liner was provided. Having never met the host we are shocked to hear that he has branded us as "cheap" guests. Please read the first review of this apartment as this lady had it right! This is not a safe, welcoming place for a family. If you look at all reviews they only talk about location and host answering questions/emails but never meeting him in person or reviewing the flat in detail or the amenities provided. This flat is not luxurious, a basic hotel room in the same area would have been a better value for money! Buyer beware!

    Response from Arrolès:

I advise you next time go to hotel in fact. I am a person of my word and everybody has his conscience. You are simply dishonnest because you have been caught and felt hurt in your dignity. only the thruth can hurt. However, As I have mentioned, I still wish you the best, as the gentlemen I am.
