ARRIVAL : From 1PM
DEPARTURE : Before 11AM
When your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an automatic mail from Airbnb with all the instructions for your arrival (codes to enter the building, floor, how to get the keys...) I'm not there for the arrival and departure unless you have a problem.
It is a small room so people never stay too long, around 2 or 3 days max, and it is always full. I can't answer the phone everyday to give you again the codes that you forget to write down or take a coffee with you, I work a lot and it will be too much time for me.
But I'm there if you need anything important of course !
WHEN YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CONFIRMED YOU WILL RECEIVE A MAIL WITH ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR ARRIVAL, READ IT CAREFULLY ! YOU DON'T NEED ME TO BE THERE THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL, YOU MANAGE ON YOUR OWN TO ACCESS TO THE FLAT WITH THE MAIL THAT YOU RECEIVED.
During the week-end it can be a bit noisy in summer because people live window open and there are young in majority in the building !
Thanks a lot,

Very Central , Very Clean , Very Cozy , Very Nice !!!
A lovely one-room apartment in the heart of the Marais. Thank you, Léa!
Great spot for Paris !
Nice small room.
I recommend it.
Great location and comfortable flat. Only issue we had was that the door opens on to the stairway and noisy neighbours can lead to a bit of a sleepless night. Other than that, I would go with what others had mentioned: up to 2 days is okay here.
The room was clean and perfect for 2 people for 2 days. I can advise it for people who like sightseeing and don't want to spent whole day in apartment.
Thanks again Lea
This room is located in a great neighborhood: centrally located and near some cool bars and hangout spots. It's definitely feasible to make a day out of walking to top sites like the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, etc. The Marais is worth exploring in its own right, and this cozy room definitely provides a great home base to do just that. The light is great, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is very easily accessible—what more can you want?
This room is located in the heart of the chic Marais district and super close to Republique station, which proved to be very helpful. We were only minutes away from charming bakeries, cafes and restaurants.
However, there were a few disappointing facts. The room was really dusty (we both got sick overnight), there shower was a bit dirty, the pillows were flat, one of the shelves was broken, there was one roll of toilet paper left (we were there for five nights) and there was no tea or coffee left (there were dregs left in a crushed box). Additionally, the wifi is really bad.
If you're only staying for one or two nights (maximum), then this room should do the job.
P.s. Be prepared for the lift to be broken. It happened twice during our stay...
N.B We did not contact the host during our stay, but Lea did reach out to us as soon as we left our feedback as she was concerned with the standard we experienced.
The flat is great, not very big, but it is big enough for a few nights in Paris, perfectly situated in the middle of Marais.
C'était simplement parfait!
Léa and Morgan's apartment is well designed. The most important thing for me was clean toilette and shower which both are present in their apartment. The room is small but if all you need is a place to sleep comfortable this is a very good apartment. The location is fantastic walking distances from the East Train station to the Louvre and other must places to see. The elevator is small but I fit in without any problem since my luggage was small. So if you have a big luggage keep in mind that the apartment is on the 5th floor. This is a sweet apartment and highly recommended for a single since it is small.
