The Sky Room is a quiet and private space on the back side of the recently renovated Aspen House next to the river. Enjoy waking up to the sound of the river and Aspen trees in your cozy, rustic, hand made cabin-like home with a spacious porch looking right at the river and the mountains.

The property offers free parking, a fire pit and benches along 600 feet of river front. A charming Aspen Grove. Ample space to walk your canine friends. A tiny liquor store.

In 2022 we have switched to Starlink internet and happy to offer stable internet connection and internet TV.
Verizon is the only phone provider that works in our mountain area.

Located in the tiny hamlet of Grant we are a few minutes drive from many incredible hiking trails and mountain adventures. We're happy to guide guests to to help you make the most of your stay with us.

Our property is right off Highway 285 which can be busy at times. The room faces the river which really does a great job of mitigating the sound of traffic but we want our guests to realize we're not in a secluded setting.

The closest restaurant is 2 minutes away, the closest full service gas station is 15 minutes. The nearest grocery store is located 30 minutes away in Conifer.
